Add default chat template to tokenizer_config.json
Verified signature[Automated] This PR adds the default chat template to the tokenizer config, allowing the model to be used with the new conversational widget (see [PR](https://github.com/huggingface/huggingface.js/pull/457)). If the default is not appropriate for your model, please set `tokenizer.chat_template` to an appropriate template. See https://huggingface.co/docs/transformers/main/chat_templating for more information.41f89e1

revert "convert to safetensors"
This reverts commit e6202634abdb3b191606ca4c2455c94c3a62c16e. As per Henk's suggestion. Safetensor support on Kobold is still a little iffy, so let's keep the usual pickled models for now.9533805
