docs: publish Chaski-R2 card from szl-forge@0560b5055f981141d7ef0841298e864a44348714

Browse files

Exact-source Chaski-R2 card publication. Historical training had no evaluation; the separate historical 1/5 held-out gate FAIL remains a release blocker. Later adapter-only reused-fixture results do not erase that failure or qualify the merged checkpoint. Publication and autonomy eligibility remain false. No weights, adapter, configs, evals, visibility, hardware, collection, or runtime state changed.
