Keep MTP opt-in: default-off build, isolated experimental package and measurements
Verified signatureAdd explicit experimental MTP compile gating and resident probe tools/results. Normal terminal/API inference does not initialize MTP. Keep final v6 model and portable binary unchanged; exclude MTP build artifacts.3706f1c
