+* motion quality: coherent, or jittery and undirected?

+**Suggested settings**

+Start at **0.6 high / 0.6 low**.
+
+No trigger word is required.
+
+**It might be useful for SFW too**

+Unexpectedly, on a **dance** prompt it improved movement, facial expression and overall realism, without the pelvic-thrust bleed that a single strong NSFW LoRA usually causes at similar strength.
+
+Whether it survives a genuinely neutral SFW prompt is **untested** and is the single most useful thing someone could check.
