These samples compare Pollock revisions under one fixed inference protocol. They are behavioral examples, not benchmark scores or factuality claims. Outputs are shown without cherry-picking, including errors and repetition.
## Protocol
- Suite: `fixed-sampling-v1`
- Runtime: macOS 26.2 arm64, Python 3.13.3, PyTorch 2.13.0, Transformers 5.15.1, huggingface_hub 1.28.0
- Execution: CPU, `float32`, 1 PyTorch CPU thread
- Sampling: seed 1337 reset before every prompt, temperature 0.7, top-k 50, top-p 1.0
- Limit: 100 new tokens, with the prompt included in each displayed output
The older samples embedded in `training-history/r001.md` remain part of the historical record. They differ from this suite because their complete execution environment was not pinned. Only the results below are used for direct cross-revision comparison.
Exact token replay was verified in the recorded environment. Sampling may diverge on another operating system or CPU architecture even when package versions and seeds match.

Photosynthesis is the process by which plants and animals obtain energy from sunlight. When a food source is present—such as a food source that humans are eating—a light source is used to create more energy. The process of photosynthesis in plants is called the light-dependent reactions.
A plant can be a source of energy. This is because there are specialized structures needed for photosynthesis. The light-dependent reactions are called phototrophic reactions.
There are two types of photosynthesis:

user
Can you tell me more about the moon and its impact on humanity?
assistant
Sure! The moon is a natural feature of the Earth's surface and is a crucial part of the natural landscape of the Earth. Here are some ways in which the moon impacts human life:
1. Earth's gravitational pull: The moon has a significant impact on human life. It

## Reproduce or verify
Run from this directory. The check downloads approximately 2.4 GB of published model artifacts if they are not already cached.
```bash
python -m venv .venv
source .venv/bin/activate
pip install -r requirements.txt
python generate.py --check
```
`generate.py` rejects package-version mismatches by default, verifies each weight file against `config.json`, and compares both token IDs and rendered text through `results.json`.
Machine-readable protocol and outputs: [`config.json`](./config.json) and [`results.json`](./results.json).
