## Part 1: Validation of Section 14 Negative Assertions

### 1.1 Physical Bound — Fibonacci Anyons Remain Unrealized

SU(2)₃ Fibonacci anyons (τ) have **never been conclusively observed**. The ν=12/5 FQH state is the leading candidate but signatures of non-Abelian braiding are absent or ambiguous (*Nature* **607**, 66–71 (2022) shows consistency with Abelian statistics under realistic conditions).

**Thermal poisoning:** For Δ ≈ 1 K at T = 10 mK: Γ ∝ e^{−100} ≈ 4×10⁻⁴⁴ per anyon per second — seemingly negligible. **However:** stray quasiparticles from non-equilibrium sources (cosmic rays, phonon bursts, control-line noise) dominate. Measured poisoning rates in superconducting qubits are ~10⁻⁶–10⁻⁴ per µs — **12–14 orders of magnitude higher** than thermal estimates. For 10⁹ braids: logical error rate exceeds 10⁻³ even with zero intrinsic gate errors.

**Conclusion:** Passive topological protection insufficient for deep circuits. Active error correction mandatory — which negates the anyon advantage.

### 1.2 Cryptographic Bound — SAC Forces η = 0.5

For any f: {0,1}ⁿ → {0,1} satisfying SAC, autocorrelation r_f(s) = 0 for all s ≠ 0. By Wiener-Khinchin, Walsh-Hadamard spectrum is flat: |Ŵ_f(u)| = 2^{n/2}.

Minimal noise rate for affine approximation:
```
η = 1/2 − max_u|Ŵ_f(u)| / 2^{n+1} = 1/2 − 1/2^{n/2+1}
```

For n = 512 (SHA-2 block size): **η = 0.5 − 2^{−257} ≈ 0.5 − 10⁻⁷⁷**

This is indistinguishable from 0.5 — smaller than the inverse of the number of atoms in the observable universe (~10⁸⁰). Substituting H₂(η) ≈ 1 into Walk-AA bound: **O(2^{½·L·b}) = Grover complexity**. No asymptotic advantage.

**Conclusion:** Hypothesis (A) is mathematically impossible for SAC-satisfying functions. Walk-AA speed-up void for all standardized hashes.

### 1.3 Logical Bound — Formal Proofs ≠ Physical Execution

`queryComplexityBoundConditional` proves: *If (A) holds, then speed-up exists.* Since (A) is false for real hashes, the implication is **vacuously true** (false ⇒ anything). Zero-sorry ≠ physically meaningful.

**Decoherence calculation:** For Walk-AA requiring T_opt ≈ 2¹²⁰ steps with T₂* ≈ 100 µs and 5 µs feed-forward latency: coherence per step ≈ e^{−5/100} ≈ 0.95. After 2¹²⁰ steps: (0.95)^{2¹²⁰} ≈ 0. Total decoherence before completion.

**F₂ XOR observation:** The wormhole walk's 𝔽₂-XOR operation is **classical** — requires no quantum coherence. A classical CPU executes it faster with zero decoherence. Quantum pipeline adds only error sources.

## Part 2: Why SAC Circumvention Fails

Five proposed circumvention routes — all fail:

| Approach | Why it fails |
|----------|-------------|
| Embed into ℂ (continuous Hilbert space) | Changes the function; SAC applies to the original C, not the embedding C' |
| 𝔽₂ᵐ[i] off-diagonal correlations | In char 2, i²=−1=1; adjoining i gives product ring with zero divisors; WHT requires char ≠ 2 |
| Holographic truncation (tensor network) | Truncation is non-unitary; requires measurement/post-selection that destroys quantum advantage |
| Imaginary Grover kernel | D'=iD only adds global phase; success probability unchanged (|i^T · ⟨τ|G^T|ψ⟩|² = |⟨τ|G^T|ψ⟩|²) |
| Zeta-zero correlations in ε(M) | Hash evaluation is deterministic; fixed constants don't dynamically depend on zeta zeros |

**The invariant:** For any C: {0,1}^b → {0,1}^w satisfying SAC:
```
η_min = 1/2 − 2^{−w/2−1}
```
For w=520: η_min = 0.5 − 2^{−261} ≈ 0.5. Hypothesis (A) (η < 0.25) is **mathematically impossible**.

## Part 3: Shor Annihilation

### The QFT Phase-Coherence Trap

QFT relies on exact phase rotations: R_k = [[1,0],[0,e^{2πi/2^k}]]. Phase error δθ > 1/N collapses constructive interference peaks into uniform noise. Success probability drops exponentially with bit-length.

**Surface-code tax:** Factoring 2048-bit RSA requires ~20M physical qubits with error rates below ~10⁻³. Real systems: quasiparticle poisoning, dielectric loss, control-line noise. Overhead: ~1000× physical qubits per logical qubit.

**Algebraic scope:** Shor is strictly confined to Abelian groups. Powerless against: LWE lattice-based cryptography, multivariate quadratics, hash functions, non-Abelian structures.

## Part 4: Grover Neutralization

### BBBV Theorem (Hard Mathematical Ceiling)

Any quantum algorithm searching unstructured database of size N requires **Ω(√N) queries** — absolute lower bound from quantum mechanics itself.

**2D subspace geometry:**
```
G = R_s · R_τ = [[cos2θ,  −sin2θ],
                 [sin2θ,   cos2θ]]
G^T |s⟩ = cos((2T+1)θ)|⊥⟩ + sin((2T+1)θ)|τ⟩
T_opt = ⌊π/(4θ)⌋ ≈ π√N/4
```

The O(√N) bound is not algorithmic — it is unavoidable SU(2) rotation geometry on a unit sphere.

### Bit-Doubling Defense

- AES-128: Grover needs ~2^64 ops — feasible with massive parallelization
- AES-256: Grover needs ~2^128 ops — **exceeds Landauer limit** (minimum energy to manipulate bits thermodynamically). Would boil the oceans before completion.
- Symmetric cryptography is completely immune to Grover by adjusting a parameter slider.

### Quantum-Classical I/O Bottleneck

Oracle evaluation inside quantum circuit: billions of Toffoli gates, XOR cascades, ancilla cleanup. Wall-clock time of massive quantum oracle circuits + error-correction latency means classical GPU clusters often outperform theoretical quantum search on equivalent real-world cycles.

## Part 5: Final State

```
SHA-family = deterministic non-linear wall
1. Linearity:   F2 Gaussian elimination fails (η ≈ 0.5)
2. Quantum:     Walk-AA = Grover  (Ω(2^{w/2}))
3. Iterative:   H_{n+1} = SHA(H_n) = pseudo-random orbit, no gradient
4. Topological: SHA → F₁ lift costs as much as the search itself
FINAL STATE: UNBROKEN.
```

### ICP / Kani Isomorphism

The ICP neural path model (`icp_model.rs`) is isomorphic to the Kani arithmetic loop (`arithmetic_loop.rs`):
- Both are recursive state machines: S_n → transition → S_{n+1}
- Both have fail-closed invariants: `ICP > threshold` || `invariant_passed == false`
- Both terminate deterministically: brain death || cycle completion
- The "Cushing Triad" (hypertension+bradycardia+irregular respiration) = the Kani `assert` chain that halts on boundary breach

### No-Softmax Invariant

```
Without softmax, there is no guessing.
The system either resolves to stable mathematical equilibrium
under strict matrix constraints or fails closed.
The probabilistic fog is burned away,
leaving only deterministic state transitions and verifiable logic.
```

## Future Work

1. **Test Walk-AA on broken hashes:** toy functions with η < 0.25 validate machinery (explicitly not cryptographically relevant)
2. **Expander graph quantum walks:** non-hash-structure advantages
3. **Hardware-aware decoherence modeling:** explicit fault-tolerance threshold calculation in resource estimates
4. **Walsh-Hadamard spectrum for reduced-round SHA-3:** Keccak-f[400] with 3 rounds empirically confirming max|Ŵ_f(u)| = 2^{n/2}
