- config.json: Hub-readable architecture + I/O contract, mirrors the
module's embedded meta.json. Also the query file the Hub uses to count
downloads (was "not tracked" with no config and library_name: pytorch,
which is not a registered library).
- README frontmatter: pipeline_tag: image-to-image instead of the bogus
library_name; fill in the real repo id in the usage snippet.
- to_torchscript.py: emit config.json alongside the .pt.
