The input Normalize omitted the `inverse` key, so konfai used its default (True) and
inverted the input normalisation onto the output on top of the explicit UnNormalize.
Under konfai 1.5.9 (the version requirements.txt pins) that produced an all-zero sCT,
and konfai still exited 0 with no warning.
Measured on 2ABA008 (AB-TH) against the stage-2 deformable CT: MAE 327.7 -> 49.1 HU.
Checked on 2HNA026 (HN): 54.2 HU. The Task 1 configs already set this flag explicitly,
which is why they were unaffected.
