A model card is essential for helping researchers and developers understand your work, find your code, and cite your paper correctly. This PR adds a model card for the UnionST models, including:
- Metadata for discoverability (`pipeline_tag`, `license`, and descriptive tags).
- Links to the paper, official GitHub repository, and associated datasets.
- Citation information.
