Add pipeline tag and paper link

This PR adds the missing `pipeline_tag` (set to `other`) to the YAML metadata, which ensures the model is correctly categorized on the Hugging Face Hub. It also introduces a direct link to the paper page in the model card, making it easier for users to access the associated research. The existing content remains unchanged apart from this addition.
