Update Dita training configuration and bundled runtime to 2.1.0
Verified signatureEnable full-backbone fine-tuning and inference checkpoint bypass; add native LoRA support. Align optimizer groups and the warmup/cosine schedule with the upstream LIBERO recipe, including LIBERO-Long's higher learning rate. Preserve all model weights and processors. Bundle the tested 2.1.0 wheel, source hashes, validation reports, and archived 2.0.1 metadata.40690c3
