rollouts: record the verification for the 33 pre-v3 archives
Verified signaturepush_rollouts.py and its second version wrote a sidecar with no hash at all, so 33 of the 34 archives here had never been checked against their source -- and a truncated stream yields a short but perfectly valid .jsonl.gz. All 33 re-streamed (4.6 GiB). Every source reproduces its own content key (LFS sha256, or git blob_id for the small no_trainer_state variants), and re-running the same field filter reproduces each stored archive byte for byte.
