## OpenJEV E4B 1.0 (2026-09-27)
- Packages the Experiment 1 public checkpoint with the cumulative backbone delta, LoRA adapter, decision head, calibration, loader, and release hashes.
- Documents the frozen GPQA, GSM8K, and Chess legal choice panel, cyclic option rotation, and options-only control.
- Includes complete untouched-Gemma choice-panel results and the row-construction audit. Gemma and OpenJEV 1.0 have complete choice-panel results, options-only controls, and paired statistics.
- Reports five standard public tasks under their native-order protocol.
- Adds an optional, experimental image and audio path (`multimodal=True`). The text path is unchanged. See `docs/MULTIMODAL_EXPERIMENTAL.md` for the smoke test and limits.
