Scripts from testing the prelinger-moments MCP Space by building short promo videos. Vault note: Projects/HF Jobs/prelinger-agent-video-test-2026-09-24.md

• mcp_call.py — call MCP tools: uv run --with mcp --with huggingface_hub python mcp_call.py '[["prelinger_moments_space_search_moments", {"query": "...", "limit": 8}]]' (or list). Appends timings to calls.log.
• summ.py — compact summary of mcp_call output.
• grab.py — frames at timestamps from bucket URLs → labelled contact sheet: python grab.py cands.json out.jpg ({"label": [film, [t, ...]]}).
• cuts.py — ffmpeg scene scores in a window (first hand-roll of detect-shots): python cuts.py FILM START END [THRESHOLD].
• build.py — JSON spec → finished video (clips, B&W grade, text overlays, end card, contact sheet). fit: pad | crop | blurpad; caption_px for blurpad band captions. uv run --with pillow python build.py specs/a_sq.json (needs ffmpeg; drawtext not required).
• mcp_test.py — MCP smoke test (list tools + one call each).
• specs/ — the posted video is a_sq.json (square, captions 72 px). subagent/ — the first subagent's run (its build.py, logs, sheets).
