THIRD-PARTY MATERIAL AND SCOPE OF THIS LICENSE

1. Source code. This dataset contains NO source code. It stores only Stack-Edu
   file identifiers (`sample_id`, the Software Heritage `blob_id`) and semantic
   annotations derived from those files. The CC BY 4.0 grant above does not
   extend to the source code these identifiers refer to. That code remains
   subject to the licenses of the original repositories and to the terms of use
   of The Stack v2:

   Retrieving file contents requires accepting those terms and abiding by the
   original licenses, including attribution clauses where relevant, and by the
   Software Heritage principles for language-model training.

2. Wikidata material. Labels, descriptions, QIDs, and hierarchy edges in
   `wikidata_entities.parquet`, `wikidata_parent_of.parquet`, and the
   `wikidata_qid`/`label` columns of the `concepts_*` tables originate from
   Wikidata and are available under CC0 1.0 Universal:

3. Removal requests. Developers may check whether their code is in the
   underlying corpus via the "Am I In The Stack?" Space and request removal
   through the bigcode-project instructions or contact@bigcode-project.org.
   Because CodeGraph stores identifiers only, a removed blob becomes
   unresolvable. Requests to drop specific identifiers from this dataset can be
   filed as an issue on this repository.
