Regenerate Q8_0 and F16 from upstream safetensors with the renamed schema-v1 model spec. Tensor descriptors and weight payloads are unchanged. Both files pass Metal offline, streaming-final, and transcript-delta regression tests. Update README commands, compatibility notes, verification details, and SHA-256 checksums.
