results/final_release.json was a leftover from an earlier checkpoint (2026-09-23) and did not match the "All 39 tasks" table on the model card, which is from the release checkpoint (results/thx01/suite39.json).
- results/final_release.json: rebuilt with three columns per task: base, previous (2026-09-23 checkpoint) and thx01 (release). The thx01 column now matches the card in all 39 rows.
- bench/plots_v2.py: default inputs pointed to files that are not in the repository (final_v4.json, reliability_v3.json); they now point to final_release.json and reliability.json. Docstring states what the script draws.
- results/README.md: new, lists which checkpoint each results file was measured on.
- README.md, PYPI.md: link to the per-task results file under the 39-task table.
No change to the weights or to any number on the model card. Thanks to the reader who diffed the table against the JSON.
