Model card for the v2-p5 republish: built-in reranker, honest CoIR + real-repo positioning, updated licenses (no mMARCO)

Republish with v2-p5 weights (e5-strided-8L + gte rep-distill + built-in Qwen3-Reranker-4B listwise-KL); purge stale engines of the previous 54M weights
