Modifications: the official Drama 3 checkpoint was converted into the ComfyUI-Drama3 tensor layout. Routed expert weights and supported dense linear weights were quantized to INT8 with ConvRot. Embeddings, heads, norms, routing, and selected small projections retain their original precision. The audio codec was converted from codec.pth to safetensors, folding weight normalization and removing unused saved attention masks.
