The GRU and TYGER's files move from Apache-2.0 to OpenMDW-1.1, like NVIDIA's Nemotron. LICENSE.md rewritten (with the full OpenMDW-1.1 text); licenses/Apache-2.0.txt removed; the badge, the intro, the citation and NOTICE.md say TYGER; manifest.json regenerated (it was stale: config.json, README.md, .gitattributes, the logo). Weights and configs unchanged.
