Enable Hub download tracking with the existing ensemble configuration
Verified signatureAdd config.json as a byte-identical copy of ensemble_config.json. The existing Pluto loader already accepts this filename. Preserve all existing files, model-card content, graphics, checkpoint values, calibration and inference behavior.15e0d33
