The schema-v3 loader reads deployments.<name>.audio_contract; revision 2 only carried it under metadata, so voice_asr_service rejected the bundle with 'Silero deployment must declare sample_rate_hz and frame_size'. Additive change: metadata is kept as-is, no artifact changed.
