EVLP:Learning Unified Embodied Vision-Language Planner with Reinforced Supervised Fine-Tuning

In complex embodied long-horizon manipulation tasks, effective task decomposition and execution require synergistic integration of textual logical reasoning and visual-spatial imagination to ensure efficient and accurate operation. Current methods fail to adopt a unified generation framework for multimodal planning, lead to inconsistent in multimodal planning. To address this challenge, we present EVLP (Embodied Vision-Language Planner), an innovative multimodal unified generation framework that jointly models linguistic reasoning and visual generation. Our approach achieves multimodal planning for long-horizon tasks through a novel training pipeline incorporating dynamic pretraining and reinforced alignment. Our core innovations consist of three key components: 1) Unified Multimodal Generation Framework: For understanding, We integrate semantic information with spatial features to provide comprehensive visual perception. For generation, we directly learn the joint distribution of discrete images for one-step visual synthesis, enabling coordinated language-visual modeling through learnable cross-modal attention mechanisms. 2) Dynamic Perception Pretraining: We propose a bidirectional dynamic alignment strategy employing inverse dynamics tasks and forward dynamics tasks, effectively strengthening multimodal correlations within a unified feature space. 3) Reinforced Supervised Fine-Tuning: While conducting instruction-based fine-tuning in the unified generation space, we construct a reinforce loss to align the spatial logic between textual actions and generated images, enabling the model to acquire spatio-awared multimodal planning capabilities.

UniTok-Audio: A Unified Audio Generation Framework via Generative Modeling on Discrete Codec Tokens

Generative modeling has recently achieved remarkable success across text, image, and audio domains, demonstrating powerful capabilities for unified representation learning. However, audio generation models still face challenges in terms of audio quality and generalization ability across tasks. This fragmentation results in redundant development efforts, inconsistent performance, and limited extensibility. To address these issues, we propose UniTok-Audio, a scalable and extensible framework for unified audio generation tasks. Specifically, 1) UniTok-Audio extracts continuous feature of conditions to generates discrete tokens of target audio in an autoregressive manner; 2) a special task identifier token unifies different learning patterns of multiple tasks in a single framework; 3) a dual-stream audio codec involving acoustic and semantic branch is developed for high-fidelity waveform reconstruction. Experimental results demonstrate that UniTok-Audio achieves competitive performance in comparation with state-of-the-art task-specific or multi-task systems across five time-aligned tasks: speech restoration, target speaker extraction, speech separation, voice conversion, and language-queried audio source separation. To foster future research, we will open-source our codebase. The demo page of our work can be found here: https://alibaba.github.io/unified-audio.

UniPoll: A Unified Social Media Poll Generation Framework via Multi-Objective Optimization

Social media platforms are essential outlets for expressing opinions, providing a valuable resource for capturing public viewpoints via text analytics. However, for many users, passive browsing is their preferred mode of interaction, leading to their perspectives being overlooked by text analytics methods. Meanwhile, social media polls have emerged as a practical feature for gathering public opinions, allowing post authors to pose questions with pre-defined answer options for readers to vote on. To broaden the benefits of polls for posts without them, this article explores the automatic generation of a poll from a social media post by leveraging cutting-edge natural language generation (NLG) techniques. However, existing NLG techniques, primarily developed for general-domain texts, may be ineffective when applied to noisy social media data, which often feature implicit context-question-answer relations. To tackle these challenges, we enrich a post context with its comments and propose a novel unified poll generation framework called UniPoll. It employs prompt tuning with multi-objective optimization to bolster the connection exploration between contexts (posts and comments) and polls (questions and answers). Experimental comparisons on a large-scale Chinese Weibo dataset show that UniPoll significantly outperforms T5, the state-of-the-art NLG model, which generates question and answer separately. Comprehensive qualitative and quantitative analyses further underscore the superiority of UniPoll through various evaluation lenses.

UniBioTransfer: A Unified Framework for Multiple Biometrics Transfer

Deepface generation has traditionally followed a task-driven paradigm, where distinct tasks (e.g., face transfer and hair transfer) are addressed by task-specific models. Nevertheless, this single-task setting severely limits model generalization and scalability. A unified model capable of solving multiple deepface generation tasks in a single pass represents a promising and practical direction, yet remains challenging due to data scarcity and cross-task conflicts arising from heterogeneous attribute transformations. To this end, we propose UniBioTransfer, the first unified framework capable of handling both conventional deepface tasks (e.g., face transfer and face reenactment) and shape-varying transformations (e.g., hair transfer and head transfer). Besides, UniBioTransfer naturally generalizes to unseen tasks, like lip, eye, and glasses transfer, with minimal fine-tuning. Generally, UniBioTransfer addresses data insufficiency in multi-task generation through a unified data construction strategy, including a swapping-based corruption mechanism designed for spatially dynamic attributes like hair. It further mitigates cross-task interference via an innovative BioMoE, a mixture-of-experts based model coupled with a novel two-stage training strategy that effectively disentangles task-specific knowledge. Extensive experiments demonstrate the effectiveness, generalization, and scalability of UniBioTransfer, outperforming both existing unified models and task-specific methods across a wide range of deepface generation tasks. UniFlow-Audio: Unified Flow Matching for Audio Generation from Omni-Modalities

Audio generation, including speech, music and sound effects, has advanced rapidly in recent years. These tasks can be divided into two categories: time-aligned (TA) tasks, where each input unit corresponds to a specific segment of the output audio (e.g., phonemes aligned with frames in speech synthesis); and non-time-aligned (NTA) tasks, where such alignment is not available. Since modeling paradigms for the two types are typically different, research on different audio generation tasks has traditionally followed separate trajectories. However, audio is not inherently divided into such categories, making a unified model a natural and necessary goal for general audio generation. Previous unified audio generation works have adopted autoregressive architectures, while unified non-autoregressive approaches remain largely unexplored. In this work, we propose UniFlow-Audio, a universal audio generation framework based on flow matching. We propose a dual-fusion mechanism that temporally aligns audio latents with TA features and integrates NTA features via cross-attention in each model block. Task-balanced data sampling is employed to maintain strong performance across both TA and NTA tasks. UniFlow-Audio supports omni-modalities, including text, audio, and video. By leveraging the advantage of multi-task learning and the generative modeling capabilities of flow matching, UniFlow-Audio achieves strong results across 7 tasks using fewer than 8K hours of public training data and under 1B trainable parameters. Even the small variant with only ~200M trainable parameters shows competitive performance, highlighting UniFlow-Audio as a potential non-auto-regressive foundation model for audio generation. Code and models will be available at https://wsntxxn.github.io/uniflow_audio.

VisualCloze: A Universal Image Generation Framework via Visual In-Context Learning

Recent progress in diffusion models significantly advances various image generation tasks. However, the current mainstream approach remains focused on building task-specific models, which have limited efficiency when supporting a wide range of different needs. While universal models attempt to address this limitation, they face critical challenges, including generalizable task instruction, appropriate task distributions, and unified architectural design. To tackle these challenges, we propose VisualCloze, a universal image generation framework, which supports a wide range of in-domain tasks, generalization to unseen ones, unseen unification of multiple tasks, and reverse generation. Unlike existing methods that rely on language-based task instruction, leading to task ambiguity and weak generalization, we integrate visual in-context learning, allowing models to identify tasks from visual demonstrations. Meanwhile, the inherent sparsity of visual task distributions hampers the learning of transferable knowledge across tasks. To this end, we introduce Graph200K, a graph-structured dataset that establishes various interrelated tasks, enhancing task density and transferable knowledge. Furthermore, we uncover that our unified image generation formulation shared a consistent objective with image infilling, enabling us to leverage the strong generative priors of pre-trained infilling models without modifying the architectures.

Pushing the Frontier of Full-Song Generation: Hierarchical Autoregressive Planning Meets Flow-Matching Rendering

In this report, we present a unified song generation framework capable of producing high-quality full-length music from lyrics, text descriptions, and musical attributes. The proposed framework supports three tasks: Lyrics-to-Song Generation, which generates complete songs from text descriptions, lyrics, and musical attributes; Instrumental Music Generation, which creates music without vocals; and Cover Song Generation, which reinterprets existing songs with different styles while preserving their melodic content. Architecturally, our system consists of four main components: a semantic-aware tokenizer, hybird-LM, FullDiT, and a two-level melody module. The tokenizer encodes audio into 8-codebook RVQ tokens for efficient discrete music representation. Based on these tokens, hybird-LM performs hierarchical autoregressive audio-token modeling for full-song generation. To improve audio fidelity, FullDiT performs full-song flow matching in a continuous VAE latent space conditioned on codec tokens, lyrics, and text captions. For cover song generation, the melody module extracts and discretizes melody cues from reference audio to guide generation while preserving the original melodic content. Finally, we investigate DPO, GRPO, and OPD as reward-based post-training strategies for hybird-LM and apply flow-based GRPO to FullDiT to improve musicality and rendering quality. Experimental results on a multilingual automatic benchmark, complemented by the Artificial Analysis Music with Vocals leaderboard, show that the proposed framework achieves competitive performance in the evaluated settings.

EffectMaker: Unifying Reasoning and Generation for Customized Visual Effect Creation

Visual effects (VFX) are essential for enhancing the expressiveness and creativity of video content, yet producing high-quality effects typically requires expert knowledge and costly production pipelines. Existing AIGC systems face significant challenges in VFX generation due to the scarcity of effect-specific data and the inherent difficulty of modeling supernatural or stylized effects. Moreover, these approaches often require per-effect fine-tuning, which severely limits their scalability and generalization to novel VFX. In this work, we present EffectMaker, a unified reasoning-generation framework that enables reference-based VFX customization. EffectMaker employs a multimodal large language model to interpret high-level effect semantics and reason about how they should adapt to a target subject, while a diffusion transformer leverages in-context learning to capture fine-grained visual cues from reference videos. These two components form a semantic-visual dual-path guidance mechanism that enables accurate, controllable, and effect-consistent synthesis without per-effect fine-tuning. Furthermore, we construct EffectData, the largest high-quality synthetic dataset containing 130k videos across 3k VFX categories, to improve generalization and scalability. Experiments show that EffectMaker achieves superior visual quality and effect consistency over state-of-the-art baselines, offering a scalable and flexible paradigm for customized VFX generation. End-to-End Semantic ID Generation for Generative Advertisement Recommendation

Generative Recommendation (GR) has excelled by framing recommendation as next-token prediction. This paradigm relies on Semantic IDs (SIDs) to tokenize large-scale items into discrete sequences. Existing GR approaches predominantly generate SIDs via Residual Quantization (RQ), where items are encoded into embeddings and then quantized to discrete SIDs. However, this paradigm suffers from inherent limitations: 1) Objective misalignment and semantic degradation stemming from the two-stage compression; 2) Error accumulation inherent in the structure of RQ. To address these limitations, we propose UniSID, a Unified SID generation framework for generative advertisement recommendation. Specifically, we jointly optimize embeddings and SIDs in an end-to-end manner from raw advertising data, enabling semantic information to flow directly into the SID space and thus addressing the inherent limitations of the two-stage cascading compression paradigm. To capture fine-grained semantics, a multi-granularity contrastive learning strategy is introduced to align distinct items across SID levels. Finally, a summary-based ad reconstruction mechanism is proposed to encourage SIDs to capture high-level semantic information that is not explicitly present in advertising contexts. Experiments demonstrate that UniSID consistently outperforms state-of-the-art SID generation methods, yielding up to a 4.62% improvement in Hit Rate metrics across downstream advertising scenarios compared to the strongest baseline.

Lumos-Nexus: Efficient Frequency Bridging with Homogeneous Latent Space for Video Unified Models

Connector-based video unified models have demonstrated strong capability in instruction-grounded video synthesis, but integrating a large high-fidelity generator into the unified training loop is computationally prohibitive, limiting achievable visual quality. We therefore propose Lumos-Nexus, a training-efficient unified video generation framework that facilitates the development of strong reasoning-driven generation capabilities while significantly enhancing visual fidelity. Lumos-Nexus adopts a two-stage design: 1) During training, only a lightweight generator is aligned with the understanding block to learn to take in reasoning-driven semantic control. 2) During inference, we introduce Unified Progressive Frequency Bridging (UPFB) to progressively hand off generation to a high-capacity pretrained generator in the shared latent space, enabling coarse-to-fine refinement and producing high-fidelity videos without compromising reasoning quality. To fill the gap in reasoning-driven video generation benchmarks, we introduce VR-Bench, which assesses a model's capability to translate inferred intent into coherent and semantically aligned video content. Extensive experiments demonstrate that Lumos-Nexus achieves substantial gains in visual realism and temporal coherence on VBench, while exhibiting strong reasoning-based generative performance on VR-Bench. Real2Edit2Real: Generating Robotic Demonstrations via a 3D Control Interface

Recent progress in robot learning has been driven by large-scale datasets and powerful visuomotor policy architectures, yet policy robustness remains limited by the substantial cost of collecting diverse demonstrations, particularly for spatial generalization in manipulation tasks. To reduce repetitive data collection, we present Real2Edit2Real, a framework that generates new demonstrations by bridging 3D editability with 2D visual data through a 3D control interface. Our approach first reconstructs scene geometry from multi-view RGB observations with a metric-scale 3D reconstruction model. Based on the reconstructed geometry, we perform depth-reliable 3D editing on point clouds to generate new manipulation trajectories while geometrically correcting the robot poses to recover physically consistent depth, which serves as a reliable condition for synthesizing new demonstrations. Finally, we propose a multi-conditional video generation model guided by depth as the primary control signal, together with action, edge, and ray maps, to synthesize spatially augmented multi-view manipulation videos. Experiments on four real-world manipulation tasks demonstrate that policies trained on data generated from only 1-5 source demonstrations can match or outperform those trained on 50 real-world demonstrations, improving data efficiency by up to 10-50x. Moreover, experimental results on height and texture editing demonstrate the framework's flexibility and extensibility, indicating its potential to serve as a unified data generation framework.

PnP-U3D: Plug-and-Play 3D Framework Bridging Autoregression and Diffusion for Unified Understanding and Generation

The rapid progress of large multimodal models has inspired efforts toward unified frameworks that couple understanding and generation. While such paradigms have shown remarkable success in 2D, extending them to 3D remains largely underexplored. Existing attempts to unify 3D tasks under a single autoregressive (AR) paradigm lead to significant performance degradation due to forced signal quantization and prohibitive training cost. Our key insight is that the essential challenge lies not in enforcing a unified autoregressive paradigm, but in enabling effective information interaction between generation and understanding while minimally compromising their inherent capabilities and leveraging pretrained models to reduce training cost. Guided by this perspective, we present the first unified framework for 3D understanding and generation that combines autoregression with diffusion. Specifically, we adopt an autoregressive next-token prediction paradigm for 3D understanding, and a continuous diffusion paradigm for 3D generation. A lightweight transformer bridges the feature space of large language models and the conditional space of 3D diffusion models, enabling effective cross-modal information exchange while preserving the priors learned by standalone models. Extensive experiments demonstrate that our framework achieves state-of-the-art performance across diverse 3D understanding and generation benchmarks, while also excelling in 3D editing tasks. These results highlight the potential of unified AR+diffusion models as a promising direction for building more general-purpose 3D intelligence.

$V_1$: Unifying Generation and Self-Verification for Parallel Reasoners

Test-time scaling for complex reasoning tasks shows that leveraging inference-time compute, by methods such as independently sampling and aggregating multiple solutions, results in significantly better task outcomes. However, a critical bottleneck is verification: sampling is only effective if correct solutions can be reliably identified among candidates. While existing approaches typically evaluate candidates independently via scalar scoring, we demonstrate that models are substantially stronger at pairwise self-verification. Leveraging this insight, we introduce V_1, a framework that unifies generation and verification through efficient pairwise ranking. V_1 comprises two components: V_1-Infer, an uncertainty-guided algorithm using a tournament-based ranking that dynamically allocates self-verification compute to candidate pairs whose relative correctness is most uncertain; and V_1-PairRL, an RL framework that jointly trains a single model as both generator and pairwise self-verifier, ensuring the verifier adapts to the generator's evolving distribution. On code generation (LiveCodeBench, CodeContests, SWE-Bench) and math reasoning (AIME, HMMT) benchmarks, V_1-Infer improves Pass@1 by up to 10% over pointwise verification and outperforms recent test-time scaling methods while being significantly more efficient. Furthermore, V_1-PairRL achieves 7--9% test-time scaling gains over standard RL and pointwise joint training, and improves base Pass@1 by up to 8.7% over standard RL in a code-generation setting.

CodeScore: Evaluating Code Generation by Learning Code Execution

A proper code evaluation metric (CEM) profoundly impacts the evolution of code generation, which is an important research field in NLP and software engineering. Prevailing match-based CEMs (e.g., BLEU, Accuracy, and CodeBLEU) suffer from two significant drawbacks. 1. They primarily measure the surface differences between codes without considering their functional equivalence. However, functional equivalence is pivotal in evaluating the effectiveness of code generation, as different codes can perform identical operations. 2. They are predominantly designed for the Ref-only input format. However, code evaluation necessitates versatility in input formats. Aside from Ref-only, there are NL-only and Ref\&NL formats, which existing match-based CEMs cannot effectively accommodate. In this paper, we propose CodeScore, a large language model (LLM)-based CEM, which estimates the functional correctness of generated code on three input types. To acquire CodeScore, we present UniCE, a unified code generation learning framework, for LLMs to learn code execution (i.e., learning PassRatio and Executability of generated code) with unified input. Extensive experimental results on multiple code evaluation datasets demonstrate that CodeScore absolutely improves up to 58.87% correlation with functional correctness compared to other CEMs, achieves state-of-the-art performance, and effectively handles three input formats.

ExploreVLA: Dense World Modeling and Exploration for End-to-End Autonomous Driving

End-to-end autonomous driving models based on Vision-Language-Action (VLA) architectures have shown promising results by learning driving policies through behavior cloning on expert demonstrations. However, imitation learning inherently limits the model to replicating observed behaviors without exploring diverse driving strategies, leaving it brittle in novel or out-of-distribution scenarios. Reinforcement learning (RL) offers a natural remedy by enabling policy exploration beyond the expert distribution. Yet VLA models, typically trained on offline datasets, lack directly observable state transitions, necessitating a learned world model to anticipate action consequences. In this work, we propose a unified understanding-and-generation framework that leverages world modeling to simultaneously enable meaningful exploration and provide dense supervision. Specifically, we augment trajectory prediction with future RGB and depth image generation as dense world modeling objectives, requiring the model to learn fine-grained visual and geometric representations that substantially enrich the planning backbone. Beyond serving as a supervisory signal, the world model further acts as a source of intrinsic reward for policy exploration: its image prediction uncertainty naturally measures a trajectory's novelty relative to the training distribution, where high uncertainty indicates out-of-distribution scenarios that, if safe, represent valuable learning opportunities. We incorporate this exploration signal into a safety-gated reward and optimize the policy via Group Relative Policy Optimization (GRPO). Experiments on the NAVSIM and nuScenes benchmarks demonstrate the effectiveness of our approach, achieving a state-of-the-art PDMS score of 93.7 and an EPDMS of 88.8 on NAVSIM. The code and demo will be publicly available at https://zihaosheng.github.io/ExploreVLA/.

AudioX-Turbo: A Unified Framework for Efficient Anything-to-Audio Generation

Audio and music generation based on flexible multimodal control signals is a widely applicable topic, with the following key challenges: 1) a unified multimodal modeling framework, 2) large-scale, high-quality training data, and 3) the prohibitive inference cost of multi-step diffusion sampling. As such, we propose AudioX-Turbo, a unified and efficient framework for anything-to-audio generation that integrates varied multimodal conditions (i.e., text, video, and audio signals) in this work. AudioX-Turbo follows a teacher-student paradigm. The teacher AudioX-Base is built on a Multimodal Diffusion Transformer with a Multimodal Adaptive Fusion module that aligns diverse multimodal inputs for high-fidelity synthesis, and is then distilled into the few-step student AudioX-Turbo via Distribution Matching Distillation adapted to flow matching, complemented by a diffusion-based discriminator for high-quality few-step generation. To support the training of AudioX-Turbo, we construct a large-scale, high-quality dataset, IF-caps-Pro, comprising approximately 9.2M samples curated through a two-stage data collection and annotation pipeline. We benchmark AudioX-Turbo across a wide range of tasks, finding that our model achieves superior performance, especially on text-to-audio and text-to-music generation, while operating at only 4 sampling steps and requiring approximately 25x fewer function evaluations (NFE) than multi-step baselines. These results demonstrate that our method is capable of audio generation under flexible multimodal control, showing efficient and powerful instruction-following capabilities. The code and datasets will be available at https://zeyuet.github.io/AudioX-Turbo/.

UTDesign: A Unified Framework for Stylized Text Editing and Generation in Graphic Design Images

AI-assisted graphic design has emerged as a powerful tool for automating the creation and editing of design elements such as posters, banners, and advertisements. While diffusion-based text-to-image models have demonstrated strong capabilities in visual content generation, their text rendering performance, particularly for small-scale typography and non-Latin scripts, remains limited. In this paper, we propose UTDesign, a unified framework for high-precision stylized text editing and conditional text generation in design images, supporting both English and Chinese scripts. Our framework introduces a novel DiT-based text style transfer model trained from scratch on a synthetic dataset, capable of generating transparent RGBA text foregrounds that preserve the style of reference glyphs. We further extend this model into a conditional text generation framework by training a multi-modal condition encoder on a curated dataset with detailed text annotations, enabling accurate, style-consistent text synthesis conditioned on background images, prompts, and layout specifications. Finally, we integrate our approach into a fully automated text-to-design (T2D) pipeline by incorporating pre-trained text-to-image (T2I) models and an MLLM-based layout planner. Extensive experiments demonstrate that UTDesign achieves state-of-the-art performance among open-source methods in terms of stylistic consistency and text accuracy, and also exhibits unique advantages compared to proprietary commercial approaches. Code and data for this paper are available at https://github.com/ZYM-PKU/UTDesign.

TableSeq: Unified Generation of Structure, Content, and Layout

We present TableSeq, an image-only, end-to-end framework for joint table structure recognition, content recognition, and cell localization. The model formulates these tasks as a single sequence-generation problem: one decoder produces an interleaved stream of HTML tags, cell text, and discretized coordinate tokens, thereby aligning logical structure, textual content, and cell geometry within a unified autoregressive sequence. This design avoids external OCR, auxiliary decoders, and complex multi-stage post-processing. TableSeq combines a lightweight high-resolution FCN-H16 encoder with a minimal structure-prior head and a single-layer transformer encoder, yielding a compact architecture that remains effective on challenging layouts. Across standard benchmarks, TableSeq achieves competitive or state-of-the-art results while preserving architectural simplicity. It reaches 95.23 TEDS / 96.83 S-TEDS on PubTabNet, 97.45 TEDS / 98.69 S-TEDS on FinTabNet, and 99.79 / 99.54 / 99.66 precision / recall / F1 on SciTSR under the CAR protocol, while remaining competitive on PubTables-1M under GriTS. Beyond TSR/TCR, the same sequence interface generalizes to index-based table querying without task-specific heads, achieving the best IRDR score and competitive ICDR/ICR performance. We also study multi-token prediction for faster blockwise decoding and show that it reduces inference latency with only limited accuracy degradation. Overall, TableSeq provides a practical and reproducible single-stream baseline for unified table recognition, and the source code will be made publicly available at https://github.com/hamdilaziz/TableSeq.

IntroSVG: Learning from Rendering Feedback for Text-to-SVG Generation via an Introspective Generator-Critic Framework

Scalable Vector Graphics (SVG) are central to digital design due to their inherent scalability and editability. Despite significant advancements in content generation enabled by Visual Language Models (VLMs), existing text-to-SVG generation methods are limited by a core challenge: the autoregressive training process does not incorporate visual perception of the final rendered image, which fundamentally constrains generation quality. To address this limitation, we propose an Introspective SVG Generation Framework (IntroSVG). At its core, the framework instantiates a unified VLM that operates in a closed loop, assuming dual roles of both generator and critic. Specifically, through Supervised Fine-Tuning (SFT), the model learns to draft SVGs and to provide feedback on their rendered outputs; moreover, we systematically convert early-stage failures into high-quality error-correction training data, thereby enhancing model robustness. Subsequently, we leverage a high-capacity teacher VLM to construct a preference dataset and further align the generator's policy through Direct Preference Optimization (DPO). During inference, the optimized generator and critic operate collaboratively in an iterative "generate-review-refine" cycle, starting from imperfect intermediate drafts to autonomously improve output quality. Experimental results demonstrate that our method achieves state-of-the-art performance across several key evaluation metrics, generating SVGs with more complex structures, stronger semantic alignment, and greater editability. These results corroborate the effectiveness of incorporating explicit visual feedback into the generation loop.

UniGenX: Unified Generation of Sequence and Structure with Autoregressive Diffusion

Unified generation of sequence and structure for scientific data (e.g., materials, molecules, proteins) is a critical task. Existing approaches primarily rely on either autoregressive sequence models or diffusion models, each offering distinct advantages and facing notable limitations. Autoregressive models, such as GPT, Llama, and Phi-4, have demonstrated remarkable success in natural language generation and have been extended to multimodal tasks (e.g., image, video, and audio) using advanced encoders like VQ-VAE to represent complex modalities as discrete sequences. However, their direct application to scientific domains is challenging due to the high precision requirements and the diverse nature of scientific data. On the other hand, diffusion models excel at generating high-dimensional scientific data, such as protein, molecule, and material structures, with remarkable accuracy. Yet, their inability to effectively model sequences limits their potential as general-purpose multimodal foundation models. To address these challenges, we propose UniGenX, a unified framework that combines autoregressive next-token prediction with conditional diffusion models. This integration leverages the strengths of autoregressive models to ease the training of conditional diffusion models, while diffusion-based generative heads enhance the precision of autoregressive predictions. We validate the effectiveness of UniGenX on material and small molecule generation tasks, achieving a significant leap in state-of-the-art performance for material crystal structure prediction and establishing new state-of-the-art results for small molecule structure prediction, de novo design, and conditional generation. Notably, UniGenX demonstrates significant improvements, especially in handling long sequences for complex structures, showcasing its efficacy as a versatile tool for scientific data generation.

Unified Safe In-context Image Generation in Multimodal Diffusion Transformers via Restricting Unsafe Information Flows

Diffusion transformers (DiTs) equipped with multimodal attention (MM-Attn) have become a dominant paradigm for image generation. However, preventing the generation of harmful content remains a critical challenge, particularly in image-to-image (I2I) editing tasks. Existing safety mechanisms are primarily designed for text-to-image (T2I) synthesis or U-Net-based architectures, which limits their effectiveness for unified safety mitigation in DiT-based frameworks. To bridge this gap, we propose Unified Visual Safety Regulator (UVR), a training-free safe generation framework that regulates unsafe semantics in generated images. UVR is grounded in an analysis of attention dynamics from the perspective of information flow in MM-Attn. We identify a task-independent start-up stage, during which unsafe semantics in output patches rapidly emerge and can be accurately localized, followed by task-specific semantic amplification and interference stages, where harmful signals are further propagated and entangled with benign content. Based on these observations, UVR mitigates unsafe generation through unified, targeted attention modulation and explicit restriction of harmful information flow over the identified unsafe output patches. Experiments across various concepts show that UVR achieves state-of-the-art safety performance by achieving 91% and 77% erase rate in image synthesis and editing tasks, while preserving visual quality and fidelity with minimal degradation. Code is available at https://github.com/deng12yx/UVR.

DriveDreamer-Policy: A Geometry-Grounded World-Action Model for Unified Generation and Planning

Recently, world-action models (WAM) have emerged to bridge vision-language-action (VLA) models and world models, unifying their reasoning and instruction-following capabilities and spatio-temporal world modeling. However, existing WAM approaches often focus on modeling 2D appearance or latent representations, with limited geometric grounding-an essential element for embodied systems operating in the physical world. We present DriveDreamer-Policy, a unified driving world-action model that integrates depth generation, future video generation, and motion planning within a single modular architecture. The model employs a large language model to process language instructions, multi-view images, and actions, followed by three lightweight generators that produce depth, future video, and actions. By learning a geometry-aware world representation and using it to guide both future prediction and planning within a unified framework, the proposed model produces more coherent imagined futures and more informed driving actions, while maintaining modularity and controllable latency. Experiments on the Navsim v1 and v2 benchmarks demonstrate that DriveDreamer-Policy achieves strong performance on both closed-loop planning and world generation tasks. In particular, our model reaches 89.2 PDMS on Navsim v1 and 88.7 EPDMS on Navsim v2, outperforming existing world-model-based approaches while producing higher-quality future video and depth predictions. Ablation studies further show that explicit depth learning provides complementary benefits to video imagination and improves planning robustness.

Kernel-Smith: A Unified Recipe for Evolutionary Kernel Optimization

We present Kernel-Smith, a framework for high-performance GPU kernel and operator generation that combines a stable evaluation-driven evolutionary agent with an evolution-oriented post-training recipe. On the agent side, Kernel-Smith maintains a population of executable candidates and iteratively improves them using an archive of top-performing and diverse programs together with structured execution feedback on compilation, correctness, and speedup. To make this search reliable, we build backend-specific evaluation services for Triton on NVIDIA GPUs and Maca on MetaX GPUs. On the training side, we convert long-horizon evolution trajectories into step-centric supervision and reinforcement learning signals by retaining correctness-preserving, high-gain revisions, so that the model is optimized as a strong local improver inside the evolutionary loop rather than as a one-shot generator. Under a unified evolutionary protocol, Kernel-Smith-235B-RL achieves state-of-the-art overall performance on KernelBench with Nvidia Triton backend, attaining the best average speedup ratio and outperforming frontier proprietary models including Gemini-3.0-pro and Claude-4.6-opus. We further validate the framework on the MetaX MACA backend, where our Kernel-Smith-MACA-30B surpasses large-scale counterparts such as DeepSeek-V3.2-think and Qwen3-235B-2507-think, highlighting potential for seamless adaptation across heterogeneous platforms. Beyond benchmark results, the same workflow produces upstream contributions to production systems including SGLang and LMDeploy, demonstrating that LLM-driven kernel optimization can transfer from controlled evaluation to practical deployment.

PlacidDreamer: Advancing Harmony in Text-to-3D Generation

Recently, text-to-3D generation has attracted significant attention, resulting in notable performance enhancements. Previous methods utilize end-to-end 3D generation models to initialize 3D Gaussians, multi-view diffusion models to enforce multi-view consistency, and text-to-image diffusion models to refine details with score distillation algorithms. However, these methods exhibit two limitations. Firstly, they encounter conflicts in generation directions since different models aim to produce diverse 3D assets. Secondly, the issue of over-saturation in score distillation has not been thoroughly investigated and solved. To address these limitations, we propose PlacidDreamer, a text-to-3D framework that harmonizes initialization, multi-view generation, and text-conditioned generation with a single multi-view diffusion model, while simultaneously employing a novel score distillation algorithm to achieve balanced saturation. To unify the generation direction, we introduce the Latent-Plane module, a training-friendly plug-in extension that enables multi-view diffusion models to provide fast geometry reconstruction for initialization and enhanced multi-view images to personalize the text-to-image diffusion model. To address the over-saturation problem, we propose to view score distillation as a multi-objective optimization problem and introduce the Balanced Score Distillation algorithm, which offers a Pareto Optimal solution that achieves both rich details and balanced saturation. Extensive experiments validate the outstanding capabilities of our PlacidDreamer. The code is available at https://github.com/HansenHuang0823/PlacidDreamer.

Khala: Scaling Acoustic Token Language Models Toward High-Fidelity Music Generation

A common design pattern in high-quality music generation is to handle structure and fidelity in different representation spaces: a generator first models high-level structure, followed by diffusion-based or neural decoding stages that reconstruct fine details. In this work, we explore an alternative view: both may be progressively modeled within a single deep acoustic-token hierarchy. To study this, we build a 64-layer residual vector quantization (RVQ) acoustic representation and propose a two-stage coarse-to-fine generation framework. A backbone model first generates coarse acoustic tokens for the full track, and a super-resolution model then completes finer tokens within the same acoustic token space. The super-resolution stage works at full-track scale and refines tokens layer by layer while running in parallel over time, leading to a fixed 62-step inference process. To jointly improve lyric alignment and fine-detail reconstruction, we further introduce hybrid-attention training: the alignment objective uses causal attention, while layer-wise refinement uses full attention. A key finding is that text--vocal alignment can emerge within pure acoustic-token language modeling, without requiring a separate semantic token stage. Moreover, initializing the super-resolution model from the trained backbone significantly improves convergence and final quality. Taken together, our results suggest that high-quality music generation can be effectively pursued without separating structure and fidelity into heterogeneous representation spaces. Instead, both can be progressively modeled within a unified acoustic-token hierarchy, pointing toward a simpler and more unified path to high-quality music generation.

FlowInOne:Unifying Multimodal Generation as Image-in, Image-out Flow Matching

Multimodal generation has long been dominated by text-driven pipelines where language dictates vision but cannot reason or create within it. We challenge this paradigm by asking whether all modalities, including textual descriptions, spatial layouts, and editing instructions, can be unified into a single visual representation. We present FlowInOne, a framework that reformulates multimodal generation as a purely visual flow, converting all inputs into visual prompts and enabling a clean image-in, image-out pipeline governed by a single flow matching model. This vision-centric formulation naturally eliminates cross-modal alignment bottlenecks, noise scheduling, and task-specific architectural branches, unifying text-to-image generation, layout-guided editing, and visual instruction following under one coherent paradigm. To support this, we introduce VisPrompt-5M, a large-scale dataset of 5 million visual prompt pairs spanning diverse tasks including physics-aware force dynamics and trajectory prediction, alongside VP-Bench, a rigorously curated benchmark assessing instruction faithfulness, spatial precision, visual realism, and content consistency. Extensive experiments demonstrate that FlowInOne achieves state-of-the-art performance across all unified generation tasks, surpassing both open-source models and competitive commercial systems, establishing a new foundation for fully vision-centric generative modeling where perception and creation coexist within a single continuous visual space.

Enhancing In-context Panoramic Generation via Geometric-aware Pretraining

In this work, we present Canvas360, a two-stage framework for in-context panoramic generation that combines geometry-aware pretraining with downstream task-specific fine-tuning. To address the lack of large-scale, high-quality training data tailored to in-context panoramic tasks, we propose Canvas360Dataset, a collection of 1M high-quality paired panoramic samples for style transfer, inpainting, outpainting, and editing, enabling effective supervision across diverse in-context generation scenarios. On the modeling side, Canvas360 enhances text-to-panorama generation through parallel depth generation, velocity circular padding, and similarity loss regularization, enabling the model to learn geometry-aware representations, capture object distortion details, and improve geometric consistency and global coherence. Furthermore, empowered by strong panoramic priors, Canvas360 enables a unified in-context panoramic generation framework that supports diverse downstream tasks via token-level concatenation, surpassing prior methods in both task coverage and modeling flexibility. Extensive experiments show that Canvas360 improves panoramic image fidelity, achieving particularly strong performance on the panorama-specific FAED metric and competitive or leading results across the reported quantitative evaluations. ConsID-Gen: View-Consistent and Identity-Preserving Image-to-Video Generation

Image-to-Video generation (I2V) animates a static image into a temporally coherent video sequence following textual instructions, yet preserving fine-grained object identity under changing viewpoints remains a persistent challenge. Unlike text-to-video models, existing I2V pipelines often suffer from appearance drift and geometric distortion, artifacts we attribute to the sparsity of single-view 2D observations and weak cross-modal alignment. Here we address this problem from both data and model perspectives. First, we curate ConsIDVid, a large-scale object-centric dataset built with a scalable pipeline for high-quality, temporally aligned videos, and establish ConsIDVid-Bench, where we present a novel benchmarking and evaluation framework for multi-view consistency using metrics sensitive to subtle geometric and appearance deviations. We further propose ConsID-Gen, a view-assisted I2V generation framework that augments the first frame with unposed auxiliary views and fuses semantic and structural cues via a dual-stream visual-geometric encoder as well as a text-visual connector, yielding unified conditioning for a Diffusion Transformer backbone. Experiments across ConsIDVid-Bench demonstrate that ConsID-Gen consistently outperforms in multiple metrics, with the best overall performance surpassing leading video generation models like Wan2.1 and HunyuanVideo, delivering superior identity fidelity and temporal coherence under challenging real-world scenarios. We will release our model and dataset at https://myangwu.github.io/ConsID-Gen.

Bernini: Latent Semantic Planning for Video Diffusion

Multimodal large language models (MLLMs) and diffusion models have each reached remarkable maturity: MLLMs excel at reasoning over heterogeneous multimodal inputs with strong semantic grounding, while diffusion models synthesize images and videos with photorealistic fidelity. We argue that these two families can be unified through a simple division of labor: MLLMs perform semantic planning, while diffusion models render pixels from high-level semantic guidance and low-level visual features. Building on this idea, we propose Bernini, a unified framework for video generation and editing. An MLLM-based planner predicts the target semantic representation directly in the ViT embedding space, and a DiT-based renderer synthesizes pixels conditioned on this plan, augmented by text features and, for editing, source VAE features for detail preservation. Because semantics serve as the interface, the planner and renderer can be trained separately and only lightly co-trained, preserving the pretrained strengths of both components while keeping training efficient. To better handle multiple visual inputs, we introduce Segment-Aware 3D Rotary Positional Embedding (SA-3D RoPE), and further incorporate chain-of-thought reasoning in the planner to better transfer understanding into generation. Bernini achieves state-of-the-art performance across a wide range of video generation and editing benchmarks, with the MLLM's pretrained understanding translating into strong generalization on challenging editing tasks.

Spend Search Where It Pays: Value-Guided Structured Sampling and Optimization for Generative Recommendation

Generative recommendation via autoregressive models has unified retrieval and ranking into a single conditional generation framework. However, fine-tuning these models with Reinforcement Learning (RL) often suffers from a fundamental probability-reward mismatch. Conventional likelihood-dominated decoding (e.g., beam search) exhibits a myopic bias toward locally probable prefixes, which causes two critical failures: (1) insufficient exploration, where high-reward items in low-probability branches are prematurely pruned and rarely sampled, and (2) advantage compression, where trajectories sharing high-probability prefixes receive highly correlated rewards with low within-group variance, yielding a weak comparative signal for RL. To address these challenges, we propose V-STAR, a Value-guided Sampling and Tree-structured Advantage Reinforcement framework. V-STAR forms a self-evolving loop via two synergistic components. First, a Value-Guided Efficient Decoding (VED) is developed to identify decisive nodes and selectively deepen high-potential prefixes. This improves exploration efficiency without exhaustive tree search. Second, we propose Sibling-GRPO, which exploits the induced tree topology to compute sibling-relative advantages and concentrates learning signals on decisive branching decisions. Extensive experiments on both offline and online datasets demonstrate that V-STAR outperforms state-of-the-art baselines, delivering superior accuracy and candidate-set diversity under strict latency constraints.

In-the-wild Audio Spatialization with Flexible Text-guided Localization

To enhance immersive experiences, binaural audio offers spatial awareness of sounding objects in AR, VR, and embodied AI applications. While existing audio spatialization methods can generally map any available monaural audio to binaural audio signals, they often lack the flexible and interactive control needed in complex multi-object user-interactive environments. To address this, we propose a Text-guided Audio Spatialization (TAS) framework that utilizes flexible text prompts and evaluates our model from unified generation and comprehension perspectives. Due to the limited availability of premium and large-scale stereo data, we construct the SpatialTAS dataset, which encompasses 376,000 simulated binaural audio samples to facilitate the training of our model. Our model learns binaural differences guided by 3D spatial location and relative position prompts, augmented by flipped-channel audio. It outperforms existing methods on both simulated and real-recorded datasets, demonstrating superior generalization and accuracy. Besides, we develop an assessment model based on Llama-3.1-8B, which evaluates the spatial semantic coherence between our generated binaural audio and text prompts through a spatial reasoning task. Results demonstrate that text prompts provide flexible and interactive control to generate binaural audio with excellent quality and semantic consistency in spatial locations. Reason Twice: Segmentation via Candidate Discovery and Comparative Reasoning

The rapid development of pretrained foundation models has enabled more general image segmentation. Multimodal large language models (MLLMs) have been widely explored for image segmentation with complex queries that require high-level reasoning. Despite promising progress, existing methods are often constrained by limited training data and the gap between MLLMs and mask generation modules. To better transfer MLLMs' perception and reasoning ability to complex reasoning-based segmentation tasks, we propose a two-stage framework Rea2Seg for mask generation and selection. Specifically, the framework first identifies potential regions as candidate masks based on the attention maps of a segmentation MLLM. It then employs an MLLM to reason over the question and candidate masks and assign scores to each mask. The final segmentation result is obtained by reranking the candidates and selecting the highest-scoring mask, reformulating image segmentation as candidate discovery followed by discriminative mask selection. We also notice that a large portion of questions in existing benchmarks focus on commonsense reasoning, and these questions usually do not fully require joint visual observation and reasoning. To address this issue, we introduce a new benchmark called ReasonSeg-SGDR that comprehensively evaluates a model's perception, grounding, and reasoning abilities across multiple dimensions, including discriminative recognition, spatial reasoning, geometric reasoning, and multi-step reasoning, with fine-grained mask generation. In addition, we collect training data to enhance MLLMs' ability to jointly understand multimodal queries and candidate masks, and to assign scores through reasoning. Experimental results on the proposed benchmark and ReasonSeg demonstrate the effectiveness of the unified mask generation and selection framework.

PixWizard: Versatile Image-to-Image Visual Assistant with Open-Language Instructions

This paper presents a versatile image-to-image visual assistant, PixWizard, designed for image generation, manipulation, and translation based on free-from language instructions. To this end, we tackle a variety of vision tasks into a unified image-text-to-image generation framework and curate an Omni Pixel-to-Pixel Instruction-Tuning Dataset. By constructing detailed instruction templates in natural language, we comprehensively include a large set of diverse vision tasks such as text-to-image generation, image restoration, image grounding, dense image prediction, image editing, controllable generation, inpainting/outpainting, and more. Furthermore, we adopt Diffusion Transformers (DiT) as our foundation model and extend its capabilities with a flexible any resolution mechanism, enabling the model to dynamically process images based on the aspect ratio of the input, closely aligning with human perceptual processes. The model also incorporates structure-aware and semantic-aware guidance to facilitate effective fusion of information from the input image. Our experiments demonstrate that PixWizard not only shows impressive generative and understanding abilities for images with diverse resolutions but also exhibits promising generalization capabilities with unseen tasks and human instructions. SignVerse-2M: A Two-Million-Clip Pose-Native Universe of 25+ Sign Languages

Existing large-scale sign language resources typically provide supervision only at the level of raw video-text alignment and are often produced in laboratory settings. While such resources are important for semantic understanding, they do not directly provide a unified interface for open-world recognition and translation, or for modern pose-driven sign language video generation frameworks: 1. RGB-based pretrained recognition models depend heavily on fixed backgrounds or clothing conditions during recording, and are less robust in open-world settings than style-agnostic pose-processing models. 2. Recent pose-guided image/video generation models mostly use a unified keypoint representation such as DWPose as their control interface. At present, the sign language field still lacks a data resource that can directly interface with this modern pose-native paradigm while also targeting real-world open scenarios. We present SignVerse-2M, a large-scale multilingual pose-native dataset for sign language pose modeling and evaluation. Built from publicly available multilingual sign language video resources, it applies DWPose in a unified preprocessing pipeline to convert raw videos into 2D pose sequences that can be used directly for modeling, resulting in a consolidated corpus of about two million clips covering more than 25 sign languages. Unlike many laboratory datasets, this resource preserves the recording conditions and speaker diversity of real-world videos while reducing appearance variation through a unified pose representation. Toward this goal, we further provide the data construction pipeline, task definitions, and a simple SignDW Transformer baseline, demonstrating the feasibility of this resource for multilingual pose-space modeling and its compatibility with modern pose-driven pipelines, while discussing the evaluation claims it can support as well as its current limitations.

F-GRPO: Factorized Group-Relative Policy Optimization for Unified Candidate Generation and Ranking

Traditional retrieval pipelines optimize utility through stages of candidate retrieval and reranking, where ranking operates over a predefined candidate set. Large Language Models (LLMs) broaden this into a generative process: given a candidate pool, an LLM can generate a subset and order it within a single autoregressive pass. However, this flexibility introduces a new optimization challenge: the model must search a combinatorial output space while receiving utility feedback only after the full ranked list is generated. Because this feedback is defined over the completed sequence, it cannot distinguish whether a poor result arises from failing to generate a relevant subset or from failing to rank that subset correctly. This credit assignment gap makes end-to-end optimization unstable and sample-inefficient. Existing systems often address this by separating candidate generation from ranking. However, such decoupling remains misaligned with downstream utility because ranking is limited by the candidate set it receives. To bridge this gap, we propose a unified framework that performs both within a single autoregressive rollout and optimizes them end-to-end via factorized group-relative policy optimization (F-GRPO). Our framework factorizes the policy into candidate generation and ranking while sharing a single LLM backbone, and jointly trains them with an order-invariant coverage reward and a position-aware utility reward. To address the resulting phase-specific credit assignment problem, we use separate group-relative advantages for generation and ranking within a two-phase sequence-level objective. Across sequential recommendation and multi-hop question answering benchmarks, F-GRPO improves top-ranked performance over GRPO and decoupled baselines, outperforms supervised alternatives, and remains competitive with strong zero-shot rerankers, with no architectural changes at inference time.

One4D: Unified 4D Generation and Reconstruction via Decoupled LoRA Control

We present One4D, a unified framework for 4D generation and reconstruction that produces dynamic 4D content as synchronized RGB frames and pointmaps. By consistently handling varying sparsities of conditioning frames through a Unified Masked Conditioning (UMC) mechanism, One4D can seamlessly transition between 4D generation from a single image, 4D reconstruction from a full video, and mixed generation and reconstruction from sparse frames. Our framework adapts a powerful video generation model for joint RGB and pointmap generation, with carefully designed network architectures. The commonly used diffusion finetuning strategies for depthmap or pointmap reconstruction often fail on joint RGB and pointmap generation, quickly degrading the base video model. To address this challenge, we introduce Decoupled LoRA Control (DLC), which employs two modality-specific LoRA adapters to form decoupled computation branches for RGB frames and pointmaps, connected by lightweight, zero-initialized control links that gradually learn mutual pixel-level consistency. Trained on a mixture of synthetic and real 4D datasets under modest computational budgets, One4D produces high-quality RGB frames and accurate pointmaps across both generation and reconstruction tasks. This work represents a step toward general, high-quality geometry-based 4D world modeling using video diffusion models. Project page: https://mizhenxing.github.io/One4D

DreamOmni: Unified Image Generation and Editing

Currently, the success of large language models (LLMs) illustrates that a unified multitasking approach can significantly enhance model usability, streamline deployment, and foster synergistic benefits across different tasks. However, in computer vision, while text-to-image (T2I) models have significantly improved generation quality through scaling up, their framework design did not initially consider how to unify with downstream tasks, such as various types of editing. To address this, we introduce DreamOmni, a unified model for image generation and editing. We begin by analyzing existing frameworks and the requirements of downstream tasks, proposing a unified framework that integrates both T2I models and various editing tasks. Furthermore, another key challenge is the efficient creation of high-quality editing data, particularly for instruction-based and drag-based editing. To this end, we develop a synthetic data pipeline using sticker-like elements to synthesize accurate, high-quality datasets efficiently, which enables editing data scaling up for unified model training. For training, DreamOmni jointly trains T2I generation and downstream tasks. T2I training enhances the model's understanding of specific concepts and improves generation quality, while editing training helps the model grasp the nuances of the editing task. This collaboration significantly boosts editing performance. Extensive experiments confirm the effectiveness of DreamOmni. The code and model will be released.

Uni-3DAR: Unified 3D Generation and Understanding via Autoregression on Compressed Spatial Tokens

Recent advancements in large language models and their multi-modal extensions have demonstrated the effectiveness of unifying generation and understanding through autoregressive next-token prediction. However, despite the critical role of 3D structural generation and understanding ({3D GU}) in AI for science, these tasks have largely evolved independently, with autoregressive methods remaining underexplored. To bridge this gap, we introduce Uni-3DAR, a unified framework that seamlessly integrates {3D GU} tasks via autoregressive prediction. At its core, Uni-3DAR employs a novel hierarchical tokenization that compresses 3D space using an octree, leveraging the inherent sparsity of 3D structures. It then applies an additional tokenization for fine-grained structural details, capturing key attributes such as atom types and precise spatial coordinates in microscopic 3D structures. We further propose two optimizations to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. The first is a two-level subtree compression strategy, which reduces the octree token sequence by up to 8x. The second is a masked next-token prediction mechanism tailored for dynamically varying token positions, significantly boosting model performance. By combining these strategies, Uni-3DAR successfully unifies diverse {3D GU} tasks within a single autoregressive framework. Extensive experiments across multiple microscopic {3D GU} tasks, including molecules, proteins, polymers, and crystals, validate its effectiveness and versatility. Notably, Uni-3DAR surpasses previous state-of-the-art diffusion models by a substantial margin, achieving up to 256\% relative improvement while delivering inference speeds up to 21.8x faster. The code is publicly available at https://github.com/dptech-corp/Uni-3DAR.

Uni-ViGU: Towards Unified Video Generation and Understanding via A Diffusion-Based Video Generator

Unified multimodal models integrating visual understanding and generation face a fundamental challenge: visual generation incurs substantially higher computational costs than understanding, particularly for video. This imbalance motivates us to invert the conventional paradigm: rather than extending understanding-centric MLLMs to support generation, we propose Uni-ViGU, a framework that unifies video generation and understanding by extending a video generator as the foundation. We introduce a unified flow method that performs continuous flow matching for video and discrete flow matching for text within a single process, enabling coherent multimodal generation. We further propose a modality-driven MoE-based framework that augments Transformer blocks with lightweight layers for text generation while preserving generative priors. To repurpose generation knowledge for understanding, we design a bidirectional training mechanism with two stages: Knowledge Recall reconstructs input prompts to leverage learned text-video correspondences, while Capability Refinement fine-tunes on detailed captions to establish discriminative shared representations. Experiments demonstrate that Uni-ViGU achieves competitive performance on both video generation and understanding, validating generation-centric architectures as a scalable path toward unified multimodal intelligence. Symmetrical Flow Matching: Unified Image Generation, Segmentation, and Classification with Score-Based Generative Models

Flow Matching has emerged as a powerful framework for learning continuous transformations between distributions, enabling high-fidelity generative modeling. This work introduces Symmetrical Flow Matching (SymmFlow), a new formulation that unifies semantic segmentation, classification, and image generation within a single model. Using a symmetric learning objective, SymmFlow models forward and reverse transformations jointly, ensuring bi-directional consistency, while preserving sufficient entropy for generative diversity. A new training objective is introduced to explicitly retain semantic information across flows, featuring efficient sampling while preserving semantic structure, allowing for one-step segmentation and classification without iterative refinement. Unlike previous approaches that impose strict one-to-one mapping between masks and images, SymmFlow generalizes to flexible conditioning, supporting both pixel-level and image-level class labels. Experimental results on various benchmarks demonstrate that SymmFlow achieves state-of-the-art performance on semantic image synthesis, obtaining FID scores of 11.9 on CelebAMask-HQ and 7.0 on COCO-Stuff with only 25 inference steps. Additionally, it delivers competitive results on semantic segmentation and shows promising capabilities in classification tasks. The code will be publicly available.

Scale Your Instructions: Enhance the Instruction-Following Fidelity of Unified Image Generation Model by Self-Adaptive Attention Scaling

Recent advancements in unified image generation models, such as OmniGen, have enabled the handling of diverse image generation and editing tasks within a single framework, accepting multimodal, interleaved texts and images in free form. This unified architecture eliminates the need for text encoders, greatly reducing model complexity and standardizing various image generation and editing tasks, making it more user-friendly. However, we found that it suffers from text instruction neglect, especially when the text instruction contains multiple sub-instructions. To explore this issue, we performed a perturbation analysis on the input to identify critical steps and layers. By examining the cross-attention maps of these key steps, we observed significant conflicts between neglected sub-instructions and the activations of the input image. In response, we propose Self-Adaptive Attention Scaling (SaaS), a method that leverages the consistency of cross-attention between adjacent timesteps to dynamically scale the attention activation for each sub-instruction. Our SaaS enhances instruction-following fidelity without requiring additional training or test-time optimization. Experimental results on instruction-based image editing and visual conditional image generation validate the effectiveness of our SaaS, showing superior instruction-following fidelity over existing methods. The code is available https://github.com/zhouchao-ops/SaaS.

MILR: Improving Multimodal Image Generation via Test-Time Latent Reasoning

Reasoning-augmented machine learning systems have shown improved performance in various domains, including image generation. However, existing reasoning-based methods for image generation either restrict reasoning to a single modality (image or text) or rely on high-quality reasoning data for fine-tuning. To tackle these limitations, we propose MILR, a test-time method that jointly reasons over image and text in a unified latent vector space. Reasoning in MILR is performed by searching through vector representations of discrete image and text tokens. Practically, this is implemented via the policy gradient method, guided by an image quality critic. We instantiate MILR within the unified multimodal understanding and generation (MUG) framework that natively supports language reasoning before image synthesis and thus facilitates cross-modal reasoning. The intermediate model outputs, which are to be optimized, serve as the unified latent space, enabling MILR to operate entirely at test time. We evaluate MILR on GenEval, T2I-CompBench, and WISE, achieving state-of-the-art results on all benchmarks. Notably, on knowledge-intensive WISE, MILR attains an overall score of 0.63, improving over the baseline by 80%. Our further analysis indicates that joint reasoning in the unified latent space is the key to its strong performance. Moreover, our qualitative studies reveal MILR's non-trivial ability in temporal and cultural reasoning, highlighting the efficacy of our reasoning method.

DivControl: Knowledge Diversion for Controllable Image Generation

Diffusion models have advanced from text-to-image (T2I) to image-to-image (I2I) generation by incorporating structured inputs such as depth maps, enabling fine-grained spatial control. However, existing methods either train separate models for each condition or rely on unified architectures with entangled representations, resulting in poor generalization and high adaptation costs for novel conditions. To this end, we propose DivControl, a decomposable pretraining framework for unified controllable generation and efficient adaptation. DivControl factorizes ControlNet via SVD into basic components-pairs of singular vectors-which are disentangled into condition-agnostic learngenes and condition-specific tailors through knowledge diversion during multi-condition training. Knowledge diversion is implemented via a dynamic gate that performs soft routing over tailors based on the semantics of condition instructions, enabling zero-shot generalization and parameter-efficient adaptation to novel conditions. To further improve condition fidelity and training efficiency, we introduce a representation alignment loss that aligns condition embeddings with early diffusion features. Extensive experiments demonstrate that DivControl achieves state-of-the-art controllability with 36.4times less training cost, while simultaneously improving average performance on basic conditions. It also delivers strong zero-shot and few-shot performance on unseen conditions, demonstrating superior scalability, modularity, and transferability.

URaG: Unified Retrieval and Generation in Multimodal LLMs for Efficient Long Document Understanding

Recent multimodal large language models (MLLMs) still struggle with long document understanding due to two fundamental challenges: information interference from abundant irrelevant content, and the quadratic computational cost of Transformer-based architectures. Existing approaches primarily fall into two categories: token compression, which sacrifices fine-grained details; and introducing external retrievers, which increase system complexity and prevent end-to-end optimization. To address these issues, we conduct an in-depth analysis and observe that MLLMs exhibit a human-like coarse-to-fine reasoning pattern: early Transformer layers attend broadly across the document, while deeper layers focus on relevant evidence pages. Motivated by this insight, we posit that the inherent evidence localization capabilities of MLLMs can be explicitly leveraged to perform retrieval during the reasoning process, facilitating efficient long document understanding. To this end, we propose URaG, a simple-yet-effective framework that Unifies Retrieval and Generation within a single MLLM. URaG introduces a lightweight cross-modal retrieval module that converts the early Transformer layers into an efficient evidence selector, identifying and preserving the most relevant pages while discarding irrelevant content. This design enables the deeper layers to concentrate computational resources on pertinent information, improving both accuracy and efficiency. Extensive experiments demonstrate that URaG achieves state-of-the-art performance while reducing computational overhead by 44-56%. The code is available at https://github.com/shi-yx/URaG.

MotionLab: Unified Human Motion Generation and Editing via the Motion-Condition-Motion Paradigm

Human motion generation and editing are key components of computer graphics and vision. However, current approaches in this field tend to offer isolated solutions tailored to specific tasks, which can be inefficient and impractical for real-world applications. While some efforts have aimed to unify motion-related tasks, these methods simply use different modalities as conditions to guide motion generation. Consequently, they lack editing capabilities, fine-grained control, and fail to facilitate knowledge sharing across tasks. To address these limitations and provide a versatile, unified framework capable of handling both human motion generation and editing, we introduce a novel paradigm: Motion-Condition-Motion, which enables the unified formulation of diverse tasks with three concepts: source motion, condition, and target motion. Based on this paradigm, we propose a unified framework, MotionLab, which incorporates rectified flows to learn the mapping from source motion to target motion, guided by the specified conditions. In MotionLab, we introduce the 1) MotionFlow Transformer to enhance conditional generation and editing without task-specific modules; 2) Aligned Rotational Position Encoding} to guarantee the time synchronization between source motion and target motion; 3) Task Specified Instruction Modulation; and 4) Motion Curriculum Learning for effective multi-task learning and knowledge sharing across tasks. Notably, our MotionLab demonstrates promising generalization capabilities and inference efficiency across multiple benchmarks for human motion. EchoGen: Cycle-Consistent Learning for Unified Layout-Image Generation and Understanding

In this work, we present EchoGen, a unified framework for layout-to-image generation and image grounding, capable of generating images with accurate layouts and high fidelity to text descriptions (e.g., spatial relationships), while grounding the image robustly at the same time. We believe that image grounding possesses strong text and layout understanding abilities, which can compensate for the corresponding limitations in layout-to-image generation. At the same time, images generated from layouts exhibit high diversity in content, thereby enhancing the robustness of image grounding. Jointly training both tasks within a unified model can promote performance improvements for each. However, we identify that this joint training paradigm encounters several optimization challenges and results in restricted performance. To address these issues, we propose progressive training strategies. First, the Parallel Multi-Task Pre-training (PMTP) stage equips the model with basic abilities for both tasks, leveraging shared tokens to accelerate training. Next, the Dual Joint Optimization (DJO) stage exploits task duality to sequentially integrate the two tasks, enabling unified optimization. Finally, the Cycle RL stage eliminates reliance on visual supervision by using consistency constraints as rewards, significantly enhancing the model's unified capabilities via the GRPO strategy. Extensive experiments demonstrate state-of-the-art results on both layout-to-image generation and image grounding benchmarks, and reveal clear synergistic gains from optimizing the two tasks together.

Fashion130K: An E-commerce Fashion Dataset for Outfit Generation with Unified Multi-modal Condition

Recent research work on fashion outfit generation focuses on promoting visual consistency of garments by leveraging key information from reference image and text prompt. However, the potential of outfit generation remains underexplored, requiring comprehensive e-commercial dataset and elaborative utilization of multi-modal condition. In this paper, we propose a brand-new e-commerce dataset, named Fashion130k, with various occasions, models, and garment types. For the consistent generation of garment, we design a framework with Unified Multi-modal Condition (UMC) to align and integrate the text and visual prompts into generation model. Specifically, we explore an embedding refiner to extract the unified embeddings of multi-modal prompts, within which a Fusion Transformer is proposed to align the multi-modal embeddings by adjusting the modality gap between text and image. Based on unified embeddings, the attention in generation model is redesigned to emphasis the correlations between prompts and noise image, inducing that the noise image can select the pivotal tokens of prompts for consistent outfit generation. Our dataset and proposed framework offer a general and nuanced exploration of multi-modal prompts for generation models. Extensive experiments on real-world applications and benchmark demonstrate the effectiveness of UMC in visual consistency, achieving promising result than that of SoTA methods.

Discrete Diffusion Models with MLLMs for Unified Medical Multimodal Generation

Recent advances in generative medical models are constrained by modality-specific scenarios that hinder the integration of complementary evidence from imaging, pathology, and clinical notes. This fragmentation limits their evolution into foundation models that can learn and reason across the full spectrum of biomedical data. We propose MeDiM, the first medical discrete diffusion model that learns shared distributions across modalities without modality-specific components. MeDiM unifies multiple generative tasks: translating between images and text, and jointly producing image-report pairs across domains in response to prompts. Built on a discrete diffusion framework, MeDiM bridges vision and language representations through a shared probabilistic space. To enable unified and flexible medical generation, we employ a multimodal large language model (MLLM) as the diffusion backbone, leveraging its prior knowledge and cross-modal reasoning. Two key designs are introduced: (1) removing the causal attention mask for bidirectional context, and (2) injecting continuous timestep embeddings for diffusion awareness. Experiments demonstrate high-fidelity medical generation (FID 16.60 on MIMIC-CXR and FID 24.19 on PathGen) and accurate report generation (METEOR 0.2650 and 0.2580). Jointly generated image-report pairs further enhance downstream performance (plus6.43 percent BLEU-1, plus18.57 percent BLEU-2, plus31.58 percent BLEU-3, plus4.80 percent METEOR), showing that MeDiM supports coherent and clinically grounded multimodal outputs.

GN0: Toward a Unified Paradigm for Generation, Evaluation, and Policy Learning in Visual-Language Navigation

Embodied navigation connects intelligent agents with the physical world and is fundamental for general robotic intelligence. Limited availability and quality of navigation data have constrained Vision-and-Language Navigation (VLN) systems' generalization and long-horizon capabilities. To address this, we curate diverse 3D scenes and develop an automated pipeline for large-scale navigation data, resulting in the GN-Matrix dataset. Building on a 3D Gaussian Splatting (3DGS) engine, we introduce a high-fidelity simulation platform supporting interactive roaming and collision-aware navigation. We further propose GN-Bench, the first BEV-based benchmark incorporating dynamic 3DGS avatars for human-robot interaction evaluation. To leverage the simulator, we develop an RL-driven navigation foundation model, Break and Establish (BAE). After supervised learning, DAgger exposes the model to rollout-induced states, breaking narrow expert-centric distributions and enabling downstream RL exploration. This unified VLN paradigm integrates map-based and map-free tasks, including instruction following, human following, and goal navigation. GN-BAE formalizes high-fidelity 3DGS-rendered Bird's Eye View representations as compact memory, unlocking latent spatial reasoning in VLMs. Extensive evaluations on GN-Bench and VLN-CE show that GN0 outperforms state-of-the-art VLN methods. Overall, GN-Matrix offers a unified framework spanning data, simulation, and learning, advancing embodied navigation in research and industrial applications.

Towards Unified Multimodal Interleaved Generation via Group Relative Policy Optimization

Unified vision-language models have made significant progress in multimodal understanding and generation, yet they largely fall short in producing multimodal interleaved outputs, which is a crucial capability for tasks like visual storytelling and step-by-step visual reasoning. In this work, we propose a reinforcement learning-based post-training strategy to unlock this capability in existing unified models, without relying on large-scale multimodal interleaved datasets. We begin with a warm-up stage using a hybrid dataset comprising curated interleaved sequences and limited data for multimodal understanding and text-to-image generation, which exposes the model to interleaved generation patterns while preserving its pretrained capabilities. To further refine interleaved generation, we propose a unified policy optimization framework that extends Group Relative Policy Optimization (GRPO) to the multimodal setting. Our approach jointly models text and image generation within a single decoding trajectory and optimizes it with our novel hybrid rewards covering textual relevance, visual-text alignment, and structural fidelity. Additionally, we incorporate process-level rewards to provide step-wise guidance, enhancing training efficiency in complex multimodal tasks. Experiments on MMIE and InterleavedBench demonstrate that our approach significantly enhances the quality and coherence of multimodal interleaved generation.

VARGPT: Unified Understanding and Generation in a Visual Autoregressive Multimodal Large Language Model

We present VARGPT, a novel multimodal large language model (MLLM) that unifies visual understanding and generation within a single autoregressive framework. VARGPT employs a next-token prediction paradigm for visual understanding and a next-scale prediction paradigm for visual autoregressive generation. VARGPT innovatively extends the LLaVA architecture, achieving efficient scale-wise autoregressive visual generation within MLLMs while seamlessly accommodating mixed-modal input and output within a single model framework. Our VARGPT undergoes a three-stage unified training process on specially curated datasets, comprising a pre-training phase and two mixed visual instruction-tuning phases. The unified training strategy are designed to achieve alignment between visual and textual features, enhance instruction following for both understanding and generation, and improve visual generation quality, respectively. Despite its LLAVA-based architecture for multimodel understanding, VARGPT significantly outperforms LLaVA-1.5 across various vision-centric benchmarks, such as visual question-answering and reasoning tasks. Notably, VARGPT naturally supports capabilities in autoregressive visual generation and instruction-to-image synthesis, showcasing its versatility in both visual understanding and generation tasks. UniPath: Adaptive Coordination of Understanding and Generation for Unified Multimodal Reasoning

Unified multimodal models (UMMs) aim to integrate understanding and generation within a single architecture. However, it remains underexplored how to effectively coordinate these two capabilities for more effective and efficient reasoning. Existing coordination approaches either perform coupling during training, without explicit inference-time coordination, or impose a fixed coordination pattern for all inputs. In this work, we show that multimodal tasks exhibit substantial coordination-path diversity: different inputs favor different coordination paths. This suggests that exploiting such diversity is key to improving performance. We propose UniPath, a framework for adaptively modeling and exploiting coordination-path diversity. Instead of enforcing a single coordination pattern, we represent task solving as the selection and execution of a path, ranging from direct answering to textual inference, visual-thought construction, and hypothesis-based exploration. We construct role-aligned trajectories to train a path-conditioned executor and introduce a lightweight planner mechanism to enable input-dependent path selection. Experiments show that leveraging coordination-path diversity improves performance over fixed coordination strategies while providing interpretable intermediate behaviors. The code is available at:https://github.com/AIFrontierLab/TorchUMM/tree/main/src/umm/post_training/unipath.

FUDOKI: Discrete Flow-based Unified Understanding and Generation via Kinetic-Optimal Velocities

The rapid progress of large language models (LLMs) has catalyzed the emergence of multimodal large language models (MLLMs) that unify visual understanding and image generation within a single framework. However, most existing MLLMs rely on autoregressive (AR) architectures, which impose inherent limitations on future development, such as the raster-scan order in image generation and restricted reasoning abilities in causal context modeling. In this work, we challenge the dominance of AR-based approaches by introducing FUDOKI, a unified multimodal model purely based on discrete flow matching, as an alternative to conventional AR paradigms. By leveraging metric-induced probability paths with kinetic optimal velocities, our framework goes beyond the previous masking-based corruption process, enabling iterative refinement with self-correction capability and richer bidirectional context integration during generation. To mitigate the high cost of training from scratch, we initialize FUDOKI from pre-trained AR-based MLLMs and adaptively transition to the discrete flow matching paradigm. Experimental results show that FUDOKI achieves performance comparable to state-of-the-art AR-based MLLMs across both visual understanding and image generation tasks, highlighting its potential as a foundation for next-generation unified multimodal models. Furthermore, we show that applying test-time scaling techniques to FUDOKI yields significant performance gains, further underscoring its promise for future enhancement through reinforcement learning.

Vevo2: Bridging Controllable Speech and Singing Voice Generation via Unified Prosody Learning

Controllable human voice generation, particularly for expressive domains like singing, remains a significant challenge. This paper introduces Vevo2, a unified framework for controllable speech and singing voice generation. To tackle issues like the scarcity of annotated singing data and to enable flexible controllability, Vevo2 introduces two audio tokenizers: (1) a music-notation-free prosody tokenizer that captures prosody and melody from speech, singing, and even instrumental sounds, and (2) a low-frame-rate (12.5 Hz) content-style tokenizer that encodes linguistic content, prosody, and style for both speech and singing, while enabling timbre disentanglement. Vevo2 consists of an auto-regressive (AR) content-style modeling stage, which aims to enable controllability over text, prosody, and style, as well as a flow-matching acoustic modeling stage that allows for timbre control. Particularly, during pre-training of the AR model, we propose both explicit and implicit prosody learning strategies to bridge speech and singing voice. Moreover, to further enhance the AR model's ability to follow text and prosody, we design a multi-objective post-training task that integrates both intelligibility and prosody similarity alignment. Experimental results show that the unified modeling in Vevo2 brings mutual benefits to both speech and singing voice generation. Additionally, Vevo2's effectiveness across a wide range of synthesis, conversion, and editing tasks for both speech and singing further demonstrates its strong generalization ability and versatility. UniCTokens: Boosting Personalized Understanding and Generation via Unified Concept Tokens

Personalized models have demonstrated remarkable success in understanding and generating concepts provided by users. However, existing methods use separate concept tokens for understanding and generation, treating these tasks in isolation. This may result in limitations for generating images with complex prompts. For example, given the concept langle borangle, generating "langle borangle wearing its hat" without additional textual descriptions of its hat. We call this kind of generation \textbf{personalized attribute-reasoning generation}. To address the limitation, we present UniCTokens, a novel framework that effectively integrates personalized information into a unified vision language model (VLM) for understanding and generation. UniCTokens trains a set of unified concept tokens to leverage complementary semantics, boosting two personalized tasks. Moreover, we propose a progressive training strategy with three stages: understanding warm-up, bootstrapping generation from understanding, and deepening understanding from generation to enhance mutual benefits between both tasks. To quantitatively evaluate the unified VLM personalization, we present UnifyBench, the first benchmark for assessing concept understanding, concept generation, and attribute-reasoning generation. Experimental results on UnifyBench indicate that UniCTokens shows competitive performance compared to leading methods in concept understanding, concept generation, and achieving state-of-the-art results in personalized attribute-reasoning generation. Our research demonstrates that enhanced understanding improves generation, and the generation process can yield valuable insights into understanding. Our code and dataset will be released at: https://github.com/arctanxarc/UniCTokens{https://github.com/arctanxarc/UniCTokens}.

CtrlVDiff: Controllable Video Generation via Unified Multimodal Video Diffusion

We tackle the dual challenges of video understanding and controllable video generation within a unified diffusion framework. Our key insights are two-fold: geometry-only cues (e.g., depth, edges) are insufficient: they specify layout but under-constrain appearance, materials, and illumination, limiting physically meaningful edits such as relighting or material swaps and often causing temporal drift. Enriching the model with additional graphics-based modalities (intrinsics and semantics) provides complementary constraints that both disambiguate understanding and enable precise, predictable control during generation. However, building a single model that uses many heterogeneous cues introduces two core difficulties. Architecturally, the model must accept any subset of modalities, remain robust to missing inputs, and inject control signals without sacrificing temporal consistency. Data-wise, training demands large-scale, temporally aligned supervision that ties real videos to per-pixel multimodal annotations. We then propose CtrlVDiff, a unified diffusion model trained with a Hybrid Modality Control Strategy (HMCS) that routes and fuses features from depth, normals, segmentation, edges, and graphics-based intrinsics (albedo, roughness, metallic), and re-renders videos from any chosen subset with strong temporal coherence. To enable this, we build MMVideo, a hybrid real-and-synthetic dataset aligned across modalities and captions. Across understanding and generation benchmarks, CtrlVDiff delivers superior controllability and fidelity, enabling layer-wise edits (relighting, material adjustment, object insertion) and surpassing state-of-the-art baselines while remaining robust when some modalities are unavailable.

VoxInstruct: Expressive Human Instruction-to-Speech Generation with Unified Multilingual Codec Language Modelling

Recent AIGC systems possess the capability to generate digital multimedia content based on human language instructions, such as text, image and video. However, when it comes to speech, existing methods related to human instruction-to-speech generation exhibit two limitations. Firstly, they require the division of inputs into content prompt (transcript) and description prompt (style and speaker), instead of directly supporting human instruction. This division is less natural in form and does not align with other AIGC models. Secondly, the practice of utilizing an independent description prompt to model speech style, without considering the transcript content, restricts the ability to control speech at a fine-grained level. To address these limitations, we propose VoxInstruct, a novel unified multilingual codec language modeling framework that extends traditional text-to-speech tasks into a general human instruction-to-speech task. Our approach enhances the expressiveness of human instruction-guided speech generation and aligns the speech generation paradigm with other modalities. To enable the model to automatically extract the content of synthesized speech from raw text instructions, we introduce speech semantic tokens as an intermediate representation for instruction-to-content guidance. We also incorporate multiple Classifier-Free Guidance (CFG) strategies into our codec language model, which strengthens the generated speech following human instructions. Furthermore, our model architecture and training strategies allow for the simultaneous support of combining speech prompt and descriptive human instruction for expressive speech synthesis, which is a first-of-its-kind attempt. LongVie: Multimodal-Guided Controllable Ultra-Long Video Generation

Controllable ultra-long video generation is a fundamental yet challenging task. Although existing methods are effective for short clips, they struggle to scale due to issues such as temporal inconsistency and visual degradation. In this paper, we initially investigate and identify three key factors: separate noise initialization, independent control signal normalization, and the limitations of single-modality guidance. To address these issues, we propose LongVie, an end-to-end autoregressive framework for controllable long video generation. LongVie introduces two core designs to ensure temporal consistency: 1) a unified noise initialization strategy that maintains consistent generation across clips, and 2) global control signal normalization that enforces alignment in the control space throughout the entire video. To mitigate visual degradation, LongVie employs 3) a multi-modal control framework that integrates both dense (e.g., depth maps) and sparse (e.g., keypoints) control signals, complemented by 4) a degradation-aware training strategy that adaptively balances modality contributions over time to preserve visual quality. We also introduce LongVGenBench, a comprehensive benchmark consisting of 100 high-resolution videos spanning diverse real-world and synthetic environments, each lasting over one minute. Extensive experiments show that LongVie achieves state-of-the-art performance in long-range controllability, consistency, and quality.

SkyReels-V3 Technique Report

Video generation serves as a cornerstone for building world models, where multimodal contextual inference stands as the defining test of capability. In this end, we present SkyReels-V3, a conditional video generation model, built upon a unified multimodal in-context learning framework with diffusion Transformers. SkyReels-V3 model supports three core generative paradigms within a single architecture: reference images-to-video synthesis, video-to-video extension and audio-guided video generation. (i) reference images-to-video model is designed to produce high-fidelity videos with strong subject identity preservation, temporal coherence, and narrative consistency. To enhance reference adherence and compositional stability, we design a comprehensive data processing pipeline that leverages cross frame pairing, image editing, and semantic rewriting, effectively mitigating copy paste artifacts. During training, an image video hybrid strategy combined with multi-resolution joint optimization is employed to improve generalization and robustness across diverse scenarios. (ii) video extension model integrates spatio-temporal consistency modeling with large-scale video understanding, enabling both seamless single-shot continuation and intelligent multi-shot switching with professional cinematographic patterns. (iii) Talking avatar model supports minute-level audio-conditioned video generation by training first-and-last frame insertion patterns and reconstructing key-frame inference paradigms. On the basis of ensuring visual quality, synchronization of audio and videos has been optimized. Extensive evaluations demonstrate that SkyReels-V3 achieves state-of-the-art or near state-of-the-art performance on key metrics including visual quality, instruction following, and specific aspect metrics, approaching leading closed-source systems.
