This PR improves the model card by:
1. Updating the `pipeline_tag` from `text-to-video` to `image-to-video` to accurately reflect its Text-and-Image-to-Video (TI2V) nature and make it discoverable in the correct category on the Hub.
2. Replacing the placeholder "coming soon" paper reference with a direct link to the published paper on Hugging Face.
