Model checkpoints (manuscript under review)
Trained PyTorch checkpoints that support a manuscript currently under double-blind peer review. The model card, the description of the runs, the loading code and the links to the code repository will be restored when the review is complete.
Layout: <outputs>/<run>/<cohort>/fold_k/best_checkpoint.pt, with each run's results.json,
summary.md and config.yaml. Some checkpoints were trained with third-party code released under
GPLv3 for non-commercial academic use and are provided for paired comparison only.
