Swap answer generation from Anthropic to Gemini (free tier)
gemini-2.5-flash-lite via google-genai: 1,000 free requests/day, no card. Citation extraction/validation and the corrective-retry loop are untouched — only _complete() speaks the provider API. Model overridable via REPOGRAG_ANSWER_MODEL; server gates on GEMINI_API_KEY/GOOGLE_API_KEY with the same graceful answers-disabled fallback.
