Read-only SQLite queries on sessions + events tables.
Returns: total_scans, avg_risk_score, steps_blocked, active_users,
owasp_breakdown (top 5), enforcement_summary (allow/block/hold),
recent_sessions (last 10). Full try/except with safe defaults.

Stat cards, OWASP horizontal bar chart, ArmorIQ donut chart (SVG),
recent sessions table with colour-coded risk badges.
Matches SecBrief dark theme (DM Sans, #06080f bg, #34d399 accent).
Skeleton loading state, error state, refresh button.
