<p>Every build is committed to git. Since 2026-08-31: <b>2,482 changes</b> to already-published
notices, 426 of them rows that stopped appearing (<a href="data/revisions.csv" id="revlog">revisions.csv</a>, free).</p>
<p class="muted"><b>What we don't claim:</b> most diffs are our parser improving, not the agency amending &mdash; we log the observation, not the cause; 8 moved a date or classification (<a href="data/revisions.README.txt">method</a>).</p>
