What the $49 buys that the free file cannot

2,209notices changed after we published them

Anyone can re-scrape today’s portals. Nobody can re-scrape last Tuesday’s. We keep every daily build, so when a notice on your list changes after publication — 87 headcount edits, 426 rows that vanished — you get told. No download, ours included, can send that alert. The log is free.

It also matches every spelling: grep the free CSV for Apple and 42 of 107 rows are Applebee's, Applegreen, Pineapple and Staypineapple; we return the 64 that really are Apple.

Why a cron job and a keyword filter cannot rebuild this

Probed 2026-09-18 (every portal): 8 states answer no plain request. The rest: web pages, PDF piles, search forms — 37 layouts, 193 column names for 11 fields.

A first page with every notice on record for your list appears usually within 30 min of purchase; the live alert page with feeds at the next daily rebuild (12:15 UTC, within 24 h). Not ready? Check 3 employers free in your browser · email updates · is it worth it? · see what arrives →

Every rebuild by email, free: Watch → Custom → Releases on the repo. The full 61,431-notice dataset stays free on GitHub — CSV, JSON, RSS, CC BY 4.0. It carries the agency’s raw spelling of each employer and nothing else; resolving your names across all of their spellings, and telling you when a notice you already hold is amended or withdrawn, is what the $49 adds.

History no other tracker can report

5 state portals deleted their back-catalogue; we rebuilt it from archived captures, each row keeping its source URL — rows no live-portal scraper can produce. Free: archive-only CSV.

What the record used to say

Every build is committed to git. Since 2026-08-31: 2,482 changes to already-published notices, 426 of them rows that stopped appearing (revisions.csv, free).

What we don't claim: most diffs are our parser improving, not the agency amending — we log the observation, not the cause; 8 moved a date or classification (method).

From your editor or agent: archive, feed and change log as an MCP server (no key, MIT, in the official registry; one-file install for Claude Desktop).
