Fetch all LFS objects before syncing to the Space
actions/checkout with lfs:true fetches LFS objects for the checked-out commit only. The force-push sends every commit the Space is behind by, and each one touching team_totals.xlsx carries its own object, so a push spanning more than one such commit fails: Git LFS upload failed: (missing) team_totals.xlsx (ba5583cc7d...) naming an INTERMEDIATE commit's object - ba5583cc is the workbook at 540e846, while the checkout had only fetched 1f518eed for f730e61. Every earlier push this session was a single commit, which hid the bug. git lfs fetch --all origin populates the whole history first.
