Consolidate frontend team maps onto one source, update to 2026/27 IDs
Six files each carried their own hardcoded copy of the team tables, all still on last season's clubs and IDs. Since nearly every FPL ID shifted, opponent labels and badges resolved to the wrong club. utils/teams.js now derives TEAM_IDS, TEAM_SHORTS and TEAM_SHORTS_BY_ID from a single TEAMS array; the five components import from it instead of redeclaring. A season rollover is now a one-place edit. TeamRatings' TEAM_LOGOS moves to the current 20 clubs, with crests added for Coventry (1076), Hull (322) and Ipswich (349) matching the existing football-data.org filename convention.
