Add Windows installer packaging (v1.1.0)
Bobby Collins +1: Claude Opus 4.6Package the app as a distributable Windows installer using PyInstaller and Inno Setup. Refactored app.py to expose create_app() for reuse by the new desktop_app.py entry point. Installer prompts for OpenRouter API key during setup and creates Start Menu/desktop shortcuts.
