Phase 9: HuggingFace Space deployment with WebSocket passthrough verification
Move Dockerfile to repo root (Option X) so the HuggingFace Docker SDK can pick it up at the canonical location — the HF Spaces config reference does not expose a `dockerfile_path` frontmatter key, so renaming is the cleanest path. Build context unchanged: still `docker build -t red-button:latest .` from repo root, and the COPY paths inside the Dockerfile are already context-relative. README.md gets the HF Spaces frontmatter (sdk: docker, app_port: 8000, title/emoji/colors/tags) plus a brief OpenEnv API quick-start so the public Space landing page is informative. scripts/smoke_test_hf.py and scripts/smoke_test_hf_concurrent.py mirror the local Docker smoke tests against the deployed Space URL. The concurrent variant is the WebSocket-passthrough kill-shot check called out in PROJECT.md Section 2.5: two simultaneous WS sessions must each get their own ShutdownGymEnvironment instance with distinct episode_ids. .dockerignore comment updated to match the new build invocation.bb40e1c
