Switch server/app.py to create_fastapi_app and simplify /tasks response
Two of the three passing reference submissions (SQL Repair, Warehouse Logistics) use create_fastapi_app directly rather than create_app with ENABLE_WEB_INTERFACE=true. The create_app path mounts a Gradio UI wrapper that may interfere with route discovery, and none of the passing submissions ship with a Gradio web interface. Changes: - server/app.py: replace create_app with create_fastapi_app (no Gradio wrapping, same HTTP endpoints) - server/app.py: simplify GET /tasks response to match SQL Repair's exact shape — {tasks: [...], total: N, action_schema: {...}} — dropping count, num_tasks_with_graders, task_ids_with_graders, grader_functions (all speculative fields added previously) - server/app.py: each task in /tasks now has only 4 fields (task_id, name, difficulty, description) instead of 12 fields - server/app.py: add explicit GET / handler that returns JSON metadata since we no longer have the Gradio UI at / - Dockerfile: remove ENV ENABLE_WEB_INTE…0ef0e49 -
