Rebrand the repository from “Labas” to “Pram”. Updates include docs and marketing copy (README, AGENTS.md, PRD.md, DESIGN.md, meta tags), replacement/addition of web assets (logo, favicon, PWA icons), and updating the sitemap/OG URLs. Internal workspace namespace and imports changed from @labas/* to @pram/* across apps and packages, plus corresponding package.json, tsconfig, and tsdown config updates. Server entry updated (imports, queue registration, sitemap baseUrl). This is a global rename/branding change; no functional logic changes intended.
