Add the family-naming model and the notebook part that builds it
Verified signatureFits a 13-class HistGradientBoostingClassifier over four fused signals (structural signatures, MiMo's answer, document shape, embedding-neighbour vote) in App_Creation.ipynb Part 2, with out-of-fold scoring, ablations and four charts. Ships it as family_naming_model.pkl (915 KB; estimator and feature schema in one file). The report's remediation advice now follows the model (P@1 0.994 with signatures, 0.691 without) rather than MiMo's family guess (43%). Adds doc_features.py, family_model.py, a Family shortlist tab, and feature-fidelity tests. Removes the gpu/cpu runtime control, which could never work on a Space.4c0f820
