chore(gitignore): exclude docker-compose.dev-cursor.yml

Local parallel-stack override for running the dev-cursor branch alongside master on the same host (different ports + shared secrets file path). Same workstation-only nature as docker-compose.override.yml; ignore it the same way.

Also drops the duplicate .commit-msg.txt entry that snuck in.
