NeonCharlie-24 +2: Ryan-Venturi1, Neon:ryanUnverified signature* added persona avatar support to backend with bundled advisor images pulled from Clary's branch. * Enhanced AdvisorCard and AdvisorStatusDropdown components with avatar selection functionality and hover effects.
