Harden uploads and costing display
- sanitise_table(): flatten MultiIndex columns/index from odd spreadsheet headers before they reach st.data_editor (was an uncaught StreamlitAPIException killing the session). - Costing table: use NaN instead of '-' in numeric columns of the glazing/HVAC upgrades row (was triggering Arrow serialization warnings on every rerun). Final compliance reads the complete post-retrofit materials table
The New Materials table on the Acoustic Treatment tab now describes the whole post-retrofit room: retained existing materials (unit rate 0), edited rows for replacements, and new treatments. Final RT60, background noise and speech intelligibility are computed from that table alone; the Initial Data Entry uploads describe the existing room and are never altered by an iteration, so the initial compliance picture stays fixed. Fix per-band absorption handling; forward-compat pandas
SRT757 +1: Claude Opus 4.8- NR is now computed per octave band, not as one scalar from absorption summed across bands. The AI dot count is spectral, so the scalar shift mis-credited frequency-selective treatments (~2.2 dB at 125 Hz for a bass trap). - The broadband facade dB(A) model now uses a mid-frequency (500 Hz / 1 kHz) single-figure absorption instead of the sum of six per-band absorptions, which was ~6x too large and depressed the facade path by ~7.8 dB. - Replace pandas APIs removed/deprecated in 2.2/3.0; pin pandas <3.0. - Frequency headers now parse case-insensitively (1kHz as well as 1KHz). - Add tests/test_frequency_band_handling.py.
