[NOTICKET] chore: add missing planner and readiness eval results
Fills gaps in the committed eval history (readiness 2026-06-23 and 2026-07-02, planner 2026-07-23). Same shape as the already-tracked results; the timestamped files are a standing baseline and are never overwritten. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>bd6659b -
