[NOTICKET] feat(tools): analyze_ab_test — rename analyze_comparison + Welch t-test (A11)
Renames analyze_comparison/comparison.py -> analyze_ab_test/ab_test.py. Keeps the two-group aggregate gap; adds a Welch two-sample t-test (t, p-value, significant at alpha) on the raw values and a bar chart of the two group means with 95% error bars, via the reserved 'charts' key. Registered DEFERRED via spec_from_model. Old name removed — 5 cross-ref DESCRIPTIONs + contracts.py comment repointed. DEV_PLAN §0.9 A11 -> done. Heads-up (Rifqi): analyze_comparison renamed to analyze_ab_test. Local tool tests under tests/unit/tools (gitignored) referencing it break on pull — rename to analyze_ab_test.
