Scope structured_flow + report to analysis catalog; drop dead data_sources binding
Rifqi HafizuddinRead the analysis-scope data_catalog row (bound db+file sources, real names) for structured_flow and the report appendix, with a user-scope fallback — matching Sofia's check change. Fixes structured_flow being silently unscoped (the data_sources binding table was never written: /analysis/create is Go-owned and unwired, so it was always empty and fail-opened to the full user catalog) and the synthetic postgres_<hash> names in traceability sources + the report. Removes the now-dead #10 binding infra: data_sources table/model, AnalysisDataSourceStore, _ScopedCatalogReader, _bound_source_ids, _read_binding, and the unwired src/api/v1/analysis.py. feat(planner/help): graceful degradation for gated analytics capabilities
When a question needs a gated/absent capability (e.g. a significance test → analyze_comparison), the system used to set the user up to fail: the Help skill would suggest the question, the planner would fall back to an unsupported aggregation (std) and fail at runtime, and the Assembler would surrender with a leaked "technical failure" message. Defense in depth across four layers: - help.md v5: add a Capability boundary — Help only suggests analyses the live tools can deliver (descriptive, group-by, correlation, trend); never significance/forecasting/causal/clustering/share-of-total. - aggregation.py: analyze_aggregate description bans std/var and adds an on-axis graceful-degrade rule (degrade to grouped mean; never fake with std; never jump to an unrelated tool). - planner/validator.py: new check 8c validates aggregation FUNCTION values against SUPPORTED_AGGS, so an unsupported func (std) is rejected at validation with a corrective hint — the retry self-corrects before run…efc0af7 -
[NOTICKET] check: scope to analysis catalog + list database tables
Scope the `check` skill's structured reads to the analysis catalog instead of the user catalog, and expand databases to their table names in the inventory. Why: at user scope a database shows its auto-generated `postgres_<hash>` name and every source the user ever registered — not this room's. The analysis-scope catalog row carries the real name (e.g. "xl test") and only the bound sources. - store: `get_by_analysis()` reads the `scope_type='analysis'` catalog row (additive; the user-scope `get()` is untouched, so other tools/paths are unaffected). - reader: `AnalysisScopedCatalogReader` serves analysis-scope for STRUCTURED reads (the naming/scope gap is DB-only), passing documents + any miss through to the user-scope reader so unbound/legacy rooms behave exactly as before. - chat_handler: the check branch builds the invoker with that reader. - check: the inventory listing drills each database for its table names and nests them (uncapped) under the source, so a DB is no long…db2a10f
