fix(analyze_trend): handle value_column == date_column (count events per period)
When a question asks "how many events per month" there is no separate metric column, so the planner sets value_column == date_column. Selecting df[[col, col]] produced a duplicate-named 2-col frame whose set_index key was 2-D, raising "ValueError: Index data must be 1-dimensional" and failing the whole analysis. Build the date and value series positionally instead so the frame never has duplicate columns; count/agg per period now works, empty periods zero-fill, and the normal (value != date) path is unchanged.
