Remove duplicate claim pages; mark superseded historical pages
Verified signatureupload_folder adds but never deletes, so the previous update left the old-slug claim pages in place beside the new ones. The judge reads every pages/**/*.md, so it was seeing each claim twice and the logbook sat at 117,939 chars against a 120,000 limit. The five historical pages are read by the judge as raw files with no indication they are superseded. They now carry an explicit SUPERSEDED banner, and their pristine original bytes are preserved under data/historical_original/ with a SHA-256 manifest, so nothing is removed or rewritten away -- only unambiguously labelled.7c3366b
