HF Space deploy snapshot
Squashed snapshot of master for Hugging Face Spaces, which requires LFS for binary blobs (rejected plain-blob pushes of data/embeddings.npy and APPROACH.pdf). Excludes two files not needed by the running app and not appropriate for a public Space: SHL_AI_Intern_Assignment.pdf (the assignment brief) and sample_conversations.zip (superseded by eval/traces/*.md, already extracted).
