Pin CPU-only torch/torchvision and a stable ultralytics version
(previously fully unpinned), redirect framework caches to /tmp as a
preventive measure against the storage/timeout failures hitting other
spaces in this org, load the YOLO model with st.cache_resource so it
isn't reloaded on every Streamlit rerun, and replace the deprecated
use_column_width with use_container_width. Bump streamlit to 1.50.0.
No matching FathomNet model repo exists for this Space's weights, so
best.pt stays bundled.
