Switch caption stage to joy-caption-beta-one

Image prompt: simple themed background instead of plain flat
Changes the image generation prompt from 'on a plain flat background' to 'with a simple thematic background reflecting its habitat', and loosens the negative prompt from 'background clutter' to 'cluttered background' so a basic background is allowed but mess is still rejected.f0fb25b
