Changed mnist model to CPU architecture

Updated model training and running to CPU

tried changing tensorflow device to cpu

added comments and expander of the resized image

retrained model and got it ready for a demo of over fitting

removed example UI from Notebook

changed order of the layout and added more descriptions

added training ipynb to my project

changed drawing size and emoji preview

changing img_to_array import

added keras to requirements

removed unneeded requirement
