Make HF deploy: skip reqs gen if present, opt-in force push
John Ho +1: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context)- Generate requirements.txt only when it doesn't already exist, so a hand-maintained file is left untouched. - Commit the generated requirements.txt so the push actually carries it. - Force-push to the Space only when the FORCE_PUSH secret is set. - Update CLAUDE.md Deployment section to match.
