## Boundary
For this first prototype, the boundary is intentionally simple:
- **Observatory UI:** experiment and visualization
- **Recursive event object:** explicit state transition
- **Session state:** temporary persistence point
- **Inspector:** separate function that evaluates the trace
## Next GestaltView integration
The session state can later be replaced by the GestaltView action surface. The natural persistence boundary is the proposed recursive event endpoint:
`POST /actions/recursive/events`
That would turn this from a toy observatory into a small inspection instrument connected to the real runtime.
